I have to agree with Dream bro , that’s a great result! And while I have to say the obligatory statement that I’m straight enough to use as a surveyors reference , like most of us here, we can appreciate work and results in both the male and female form

I love a shapely female body, but I don’t feel weird complementing a dude on any part he has improved , though we take “ awesome pecs bro” better than they take “ nice tits bae” ….. most of the time lol

So awesome to hear bro. It sounds like you and your wife have adjusted.
Honestly, I agree with the fellas Dream and Coastalcock - those results look really good and I'm sure lots of guys on here envy that you were able to achieve 7 Inch Girth from just one round. I also agree with you that you can't tell at all when your hard that anything's been enhanced. Much like you, I was seriously contemplating Removal those few weeks after the procedure but we managed and things are great now. I'm even thinking of going back for another round to gain another half Inch (and I still won't be at 7 inches like you!). For my situation, although I could tell my wife's enjoying it, it's not as orgasmic as I assumed the difference would make. I hope your wife's climax is much more easily achieved.

Bottom line, I encourage you to share your thoughts with other guys on here who encounter those same roller coaster of emotions! It makes all the difference hearing firsthand how others have dealt with the remorse The support makes a difference. By now, everything should be settled and just enjoying the results. Best of luck to you and I look forward to hearing more in the future!

Um, yea. Incredible result.

My first round of PMMA at Avanti Derma is 7 weeks away. I am taking notes from you to chill through the roller coaster ride. Do the post-care work, be diligent, and trust the process.

Good question.

My only regret at this time is that I haven't insisted enough on getting only 10% PMMA. Since my last update, the implant has softened a little bit more, which is a good thing. It feels like a small piece of rubber implanted under the skin, but still quite flexible if you bend it. But it also seems like the padding that I had between the implant and my skin has slimmed down a little bit, making the irregularities of the implant more easily felt under the skin. Also, on the right side of my shaft, the PMMA has formed a lump that wasn't there during the first 2 months. See the attached pics. These were taken yesterday, at day 88.

EDIT: the first pic is in Erect state and the 2 others are 100% Flaccid.

I'm trying to stretch it but it doesn't make a difference. Most likely I'll go back to the clinic in a couple of years to even things out and to get rid of this bump if that's feasible.

Also, I had a swollen area at the base, under the penis, near where the scrotum starts, and I thought it was due to the inflammation, but in the end I realized that it was part of the PMMA that went there. It's not too much of a problem in the Flaccid state, but I can clearly feel it when Erect and it's as big as a little chewing gum.

I've been busy with job and family but I'll soon hit the 4 months mark and I'll try to make a detailed update then.

So here's an update 5 months after my first round.

The shape hasn't changed a lot since the last update. I found that the skin continued to become more and more flexible and moveable during the third and fourth months, even though everything was supposed to be settled at the second month. Last month I started to pump again. It's been years since I haven't used my pump but it seems to help with skin flexibility and to make it more "relaxed", like when it was before I got the PMMA. So for those of you who wonder how the skin moves after PMMA, I can tell you that during the first few weeks, it seems to be stuck on the penis, but as the months go by, the skin moves better and better in all directions, gradually regaining its initial pre-treatment mobility.

Psychologically, I've gradually integrated the implant a bit more, in the sense that it's been there for a longer and longer time, so it's almost as if it's always been like this, or nearly so.

Visually speaking, I do think my penis looks natural from almost all angles, but I don't like the football shape it has. I would much prefer a cylindrical shape, where the width is the same from bottom to top. And it doesn't feel quite natural in the Flaccid state if someone manipulates it thoroughly, though it feels "almost" natural to the touch when semi-Erect and Erect. This is not a huge problem since I only have one partner and she never commented about that.

At this point, I believe a second round will be necessary to even out the bumps and address a lump I have on the right side (see previous photos), but I'm not sure if I should go with 10% PMMA or if a small amount of 30% will be needed. My EG is at 7 inches and I'm not aiming for a monster Dick, so I'll need to be careful because when I look at it right now the size is pretty normal to me. I heard there is such a thing as "boobie greed", I wouldn't want to be a victim of "PMMA greed".

There's my update, feel free to ask any questions!

P.S.: Little anecdote: I went down south for summer vacation, and on one occasion, I wore a pair of swim shorts that are pretty loose and don't hold everything in place. Basically, everything could move freely. Once, after coming out of the water, I decided not to worry about anything, even though it was clear that the wet swimsuit was highlighting my parts, which clearly hadn't shrunk even after swimming(!), and I noticed a woman in her thirties staring at me intently. Let's just say I didn't hate that!

Dude, you went from total regret to now wanting another round? lol. Hey, I'm not knocking on you, it's just funny because I too was feeling the same when I had my first round (and I plan to go back next year for a 2nd to hopefully get me to 6.5). I would only say that I've been on here long enough to read about folks going for another round and ending up with some imperfections. Not that it will happen to you, but that it's very possible and would mean for another round (3rd round) to correct them. I think you're pretty massive now. What matters is how it feels with your partner. Also, getting to 7 inches for a lot of guys here is something they dream of, literally. Maybe it is possible to focus only on the frontal part of your shaft to eliminate the football shape. Hopefully you can set something up with them to discuss and what the aftercare routine would look like for you to properly ensure it evens out. Good luck bro!

To be honest, I wouldn't want a second round if the result of my first round was symmetrical. Sometimes I tell myself that another round to gain an additional .5 or full Inch would be interesting or cool, but it's pure fantasy and not connected to reality at all. Yeah, I read the same posts about imperfections after having a second round. I'll try to wait quite a while before going for another round, which will allow me to get used to my actual state and see if I really want that second round. In the meantime, I'll also try to improve the length and loosen the skin a bit with some pumping sessions. Let's say it's an appointment with myself in a year or two!

I'm now very curious, because i just spent 47 minutes of my life watching a video about PMMA. Dr Rupeka's video, interesting discussion about 25 minutes in regarding timelines.
He's talking about people getting pretty substantial collagen production from Bellafill up to the 9 month mark and then leveling out from there.
Obviously that's Bellafill, not Linnea, I wonder what the timelines look like between the two.
Like if we measure 6 months from now what's it going to look like - is our collagen stimulation done, or is everyone just stopping paying attention after a few months.
