As I've advised in our previous exchange, I'd get a 2nd or 3rd opinion, including the Doctors I shared with you.
What I'd advise against is seeing Dr. Loria again as he is neither a Urologist, Plastic Surgeon, or Dermatologist and is not going to have the requisite experience or insight on how to best resolve your situation (in my opinion).
If you use the Search Tab both here and on the older site (
PhalloBoards 2.0
), you can find some scattered Loria-posts. You can always try private messaging them, that could help branch out your search. Also, I'd recommend posting on that LPSG thread I linked to you, sharing your experience and simply asking any lurker who might have had a similar situation to private message you. Lastly, I'll go through my inbox and will see if I can convince any of the people who reached out to me privately about their Loria complications, to see if they are willing to chat with you.
Normally nodules "can be smoothed over" with additional filler, but those nodules are often immediately apparent after you've recovered from a procedure. To see puffiness and numerous hard nodules arise many months after the fact suggests to me granulomas, which I would NOT attempt to smooth over with additional filler. However, I'm not a doctor and you'd need to get this diagnosed by the appropriate professional.
And while granulomas are uncommon, they can and do happen, even with non-silicone fillers, albeit rarely - I just want to stress not to be alarmed, this can treatable with the right course of action - which is why I stressed avoiding Dr. Loria (he made his career as a hair restoration specialist & nutritionist) and seeing the Doctors I suggested to you in our previous exchange. Good luck and keep us posted!
