I am now three weeks out from my procedure and I just want to say, holy shit, I only wish I had not waited so long. Now that it's done all my concerns seem so ridiculous and overblown, and the results are utterly phenomenal and life changing.

I apologize that my progress photos are not what they should be. I dont' know what happened because I absolutely packed a tape measure with my things, all I can think is airport security stole it for some reason, because it was not there when I arrived and so I had to resort to taking photos next to the room key card as a frame of reference. My new stats, currently, at 3 weeks:
Flaccid length: 5.5"
Flaccid Girth: 5.5"
Erect length: 6.75"
Erect Girth: 6"

So I already knew that most of the girls I am dating would be very happy with this change, because I have used a pump in the past to bring myself up to 6". I had ONE girl, however, who is unbelievably small. She _might_ weigh in at 85 lbs tops, she's only 18 and I'm only the second guy she's dated, and she _struggled_ with me at 5" with an absolute minimum of 20 minutes foreplay before we could even start. These images are all from the day of the procedure. I took one pre op Girth photo with the card over the top, but could not get an Erection right after the op for comparison, however you can see it's thicker Flaccid than it was Erect.

I was around 6.5" Girth for the first week after the procedure, but now that the swelling is down it's settled in at 6"

Here are some photos I took today. The first two are Flaccid, the third is _almost_ Erect but not quite I find it a bit difficult to maneuver the tape and the camera all while maintaining maximum Erection.

The one drawback I can say to this that is strange but not unexpected, is that although it looks HUGE to me, especially in the context of in a girl's mouth or pussy vs. before, sadly, on film, it actually doesn't look as good as it did previously... The added Girth unfortunately gives it the appearance of getting a lot shorter than it did previously, really wish there was a length procedure out there as awesome as this Girth procedure is!

Oh yes and for those of you wondering...I guess I did not snap a photo of the paper they gave me but I recall I received 21cc's of the higher concentration PMMA and I do not recall the numbers of the lower concentrations. I was expecting Dr Morales to talk to me about this before doing it however when I asked her she said that no, there really is no conversation to be had. She said that she basically just puts as much in as she feels the person's anatomy will allow and it just depends on the person.

Are they still doing the smooth finish procedure once your PMMA rounds are complete or have they discontinued using silikon1000 all together? In 2017 the silikon was supposedly the new cat's meow, but I don't see people talking about it.

Nothing was mentioned about a finishing procedure like that to me no I don't think I got that. I paid around $5000 but I got the premium package it included PRP, red light therapy, botox injections, and glans filler. I believe PMMA alone was like $3500 I want to say but I would have to think the PRP, light, and botox all contributed to my better than average results, especially the lack of clumping/nodules I"m sure is thanks in no small part to the botox. And for gains I'm sitting at a 1" gain just two weeks out so theoretically I'm looking at an above 1" gain from only 21cc's as the collagen forms here over the next month and a half.

I also was having sex literally three days after the procedure with a discomfort level that only prevented us from going more than about 90 minutes at a session or so, perhaps thanks to the PRP for that!

I agree, all angles. And yes, it might in some instances not appear as long. But when you see a girl struggling to get her mouth around it, and having to come up for air. Damn.. There isn't anything in the world hotter than that.

How long did the glans enhancement last? Did you notice it looked bigger? Also did it take away sensitivity? Thanks.

No I haven't noticed a loss of sensitivity thankfully, they only put it around the edges, I wouldn't go out of my way to pay to have it done again. According to some research studies I found they said something like 30% was still remaining after one year.

However something I have not seen anyone mention in their reports (doubtless it's out there but not much emphasized I think) that I want to point out is, there is about a 1/2 Inch gap between the glans and where the PMMA begins that is my original shaft size. It's a bit funny looking, and I don't think really the size of your glans offsets this. People talk about the hot dog effect or whatever but honestly to me the fact there is this gap where PMMA cannot be injected is what is going to make it odd looking if you increase size too much, more so than the glans size.
