Give it time and your Erection will start pointing straight up again. The thing with the implant in, when I\'m Flaccid and lying face down on the bed sleeping, I do have to adjust to the down position. It\'s much more comfortable in that position.

Healing takes a few months. I hope I\'m over the jump. Erections feel much more natural and I can cum as fast as before. My advice is to wear boxers or boxer briefs as briefs are too constricting causing my penis to bend. The implant is best when it\'s allowed to hang straight down. Thanks for sharing.

A little over 10 months since I got the Penile implant. Here\'s a photo update.

How\'s the incision healing so far? Do you have a recent photo?

Mine took many years to soften and almost disappear... Still can see it through the pubic hair thu.

The incision line is mostly gone for me. I have a little darker skin tone so it doesn\'t show plus my public hair grows fast.

Anyway, I am very interested in Elist or PMMA or whatever it takes to increase length. My Girth is already 6 inches naturally and I\'m happy with it. I guess 7 inches in Girth would be cool but 8 is pushing it into the monster Dick zone.

My length is only 5 inches Erect. Flaccid, maybe 2-3 inches.

What options do I have here? Thanks.

DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO ELIST!!!

If you are 5\"L by 6\"G, Erect, you should highly consider NOT DOING anything.... Why take a chance?

Are you aware of how unusual your natural length to Girth ratio is at 5 L and 6 G. AFAIK you will lose length with an implant, so if you get it done you could have something like 4.5 L and 7+ G.... I can\'t imagine what that would look like. I am think something as proportionate as a can of tuna. It will certainly look unusual (even for a penis) and for that I would advise you not to do it.

I\'m in the process of losing weight. I know that will help it a bit.
