Personally, it feels like an Erect penis when it\'s Erect. There isn\'t much difference. I guess you could say my erections are rock hard when I am Erect, which is a good thing. No problems while having sexual intercourse and easier to insert into your partner. When I\'m Flaccid it\'s always in a semi-Erect state.

Is it uncomfortable? Yes, it\'s uncomfortable to wear briefs. I can only wear boxer briefs and preferably boxers since that\'s the only way that the implant isn\'t bending or curving under my pants.

When it\'s Flaccid, it doesn\'t feel natural. Someone who grabs your penis when it\'s \"soft\" will wonder why it\'s sorta hard. So when I have sex with other partners, I basically am ready to go when I unzip my pants.

No one has mentioned the hardness of the testicular implant yet. The last guy I was with did give a bit of a look when he grabbed my Balls but didn\'t say anything about it. He did enjoy playing with them though cuz they are pretty huge.

@Mustang2020 Thanks for asking. To be honest, I haven\'t measured since the last photo. I think it\'s about the same. If I took out the measuring tape out everyday, it would play with my head. It\'s like bodybuilding, you can\'t weigh yourself everyday or you\'ll be disappointed. Maybe next month I\'ll measure. The biggest thing I\'ve noticed now that I\'m coming onto my 9th month post surgery is that the sensations and feelings on my penis are coming back to a more natural and normal state. The first few months definitely, it took me much much longer to come. Sometimes I would jerk off and not even cum since it took a lot of effort. Now cum time is closer to what it was before and the sensations on my penis shaft is better. So yes, much happier about that.

Hi aero. I had the surgery in January. A little over 2 months post op. It seems like I am progressing the same as you. Losing an Inch in the Erect state is frustrating but the doc says it will start to come back when the dissolvable stitches release. Can\'t wait to at least get back to preop Erect length. I do love the Flaccid look and Girth. Did you do anything to try and get the Erect length back like any stretching? Has your Flaccid gotten longer as well over time since the gain just after the surgery?

Good luck with your recovery. How about you start your own thread about your experience with the elist implant. There has been so many negatives about elist, may be you will shed new light on your situation....

I know what you mean. I had severe pain for months and it made it difficult to orgasm and even then the orgasms were short and not as intense as before surgery. Also severe pain would follow after orgasms and it would last for days. After 9 months, it got better but never as before implant. Penile shaft sensation was pretty much gone due to implant being so thick and in between the penile skin and the penile shaft. Strange that this problem does not happen with PMMA!...this was my case of course. The pain behind the glans never went away, till even today after Removal almost 6 years later.

You can be so kind to drop in once in a while to give a quick update since you two are the only ones who started a progress report here and have had no major reported issues.

Kish has been banned I believe, he is/was jjk. He had the chance to prove his case but chose another not very smart option and now, if he really had it, he is on his own when Removal happens; and it is inevitable!

I been contemplating sharing my experience as I am waiting to see just how much of a success mine could be. Currently 8 weeks post op. I was trying to find Erection pics with the implant to see if my curve would go back up. And stumbled on these forms after the fact. Been reading this and thunder etc etc etc.

Your Erection angle will never come back. The implant was designed to damage the penis in every possible way.
