Hi I\'m from Sydney here. A little off topic but I\'m seeing dr Barnouti in a couple weeks about testicle enhancement surgery. Basically the same as the elist implant which is fitted over pre exisiting functioning testicles. I\'m happy with the size of my penis... Although a bit of extra Girth I wouldn\'t complain about! My nuts are on the smaller size and don\'t do the whole package justice. Caused massive anxiety about it as far back as I can remember. I figured this might be a good starting place. Has anyone had surgery with this guy and what are your thoughts. Also if anyone has any feedback on the implants? Limited info here in Aus.

Hi friendface I\'m not getting the surgery at this stage it\'s only a consult to get further info on the surgery or what else he can offer. I\'ve heard of botox injections to relax the scrotum but not sure they do it in Aus. You heard of anything like that? The doc is dr Barnouti in Sydney

Hi no I\'ve never herd of anything like that most guys go overseas for PE surgery

So I had the consultation with Dr Barnouti and need to say I was not at all impressed. He was completely unprepared and spent most of his consultation shuffling papers around his desks and flicking through photographs on his computer. My enquiry was about the concave trsticle implants to fit over pre existing testicles for a larger better filled scrotum. He did say that my Balls were average in size however said that my scrotum was tight which caused my Balls to sit high up against my penis. I already knew this I guess. I asked what he could do for me and he said that he wouldn\'t go with the elist implants as they would only minimally increase my package. His suggestion was to insert two larger full implants effectively having 4 Balls in my sack. The doctor stated that after 6 weeks scar tissue \"may\" form around the original testicle and implant making it \"like\" one, however, he did not sound confident that this will actually be the case. The surgery seemed simple enough but of course I don\'t think anyone likes the idea of potentially having 4 Balls in their sack. Anyway regardless of that he was unable to produce an implant for feel or to provide the sizes available. Only that they came in small medium and large and he would go for a medium sized implant for me. How big is this implant? Well he couldn\'t tell me as he fumbled around to try and find the catalogue. His office was a mess and his filing system was non exisitent. I asked what he could do for my tight scrotum. His solution was to stitch my testicles to my scrotum.. This is where I lost interest completely. He stated that it could work but it might not. 50/50 chance.

Anyway the cost of his surgery is $10900 for two implants although he couldn\'t show me the price list except for where the price showed $8900. He charged me $200 for the consultation. His time I would suggest was not worth $2 let alone $200.

He showed me photos of patients that had testicles missing and replaced however was unable to show me an enhancement procedure however assured me that he had conducted \"many\" operations of the sort. All in all I would suggest to not bother seeing this surgeon and save the cash to go to a doctor in the U.S.

On another note, does anyone have any suggestions for stretching a tight scrotum? I\'m thinking of trying a two stage pump to loosen the boys up?

Glad you got an answer doctors in this country really have no idea at all about pe surgery,if you want your Balls to hang lower just lube them up and milk them downwards.
I\'ve seen a website about milking Balls I\'ll try and find it I\'m interested in this now again

Dr. Laith Barnouti does not offer the \"ELIST\" implants.
I called Dr. Elist\'s office and asked whether anyone else is authorised to sell, promote or operate using the Elist procedure.

Dr Elist personally spoke to me and advised \"no\" nor has he met Dr. Laith Barnouti.

As a result Dr. Barnouti is being reprorted to the relevant authorities in Australia for false advertising and I believe Dr. Elist is going to sue him.

Please be careful guys. You need to do your homework as the cosmetic industry is full of unscrupulous persons looking to make money!

Falsely advertising Dr. Elist\'s procedure? Lmao this may be the most ridiculous thing I\'ve ever read, if true of course.

He never referred to it as the \"Elist\" implant in his consultation and couldn\'t find the brochure for the implants. Also quoted $10900 when the website said $8900. I don\'t think he has a clue what he\'s doing
