Thanks Messageman! Knowing that what I\'m using is the same type of ADS that you used, I\'ll stick with it and purchase a leg harness and additional weight. I believe I\'ll also purchase the Bib Hanger for supplementary Hanging. Do you mind sharing your typical daily schedule encompassing manual stretching, your ADS and your BibHanger? Forgive the deep queries into your personal history, but I would be crazy to pass up the opportunity to emulate your routine in order to achieve your results!

For now, I manually stretch (by hand) in the morning and evening and do 2 30-minute sessions with my ADS. Today, I\'m going to increase my Hanging sessions until I feel discomfort (as I hit the 30-minute mark without much discomfort by the second session yesterday).

I hung for a full hour before breaking for discomfort. Even though I thought I could go even longer, I figure it\'s still best to work up to that point more gradually (being that I\'m in a marathon, not a sprint). I used a make-shift leg harness with a velcro strap I had found in conjunction with the included bungee and S-hook.

I just ordered a Bib Starter and the Theraband for supplementary Hanging.

In other news, sex last night was incredible. My weakened sensation made for heightened endurance, and I found doggy style to be the go-to position given my raised angle. My erections\' hardness is pretty intense as well, and between that and my capsule Girth my wife was quite vocal in her enjoyment (although there were occasional resulting cramps due to her pregnancy that were not fun for her). Missionary is now completely undoable (even with me standing) due to my angle and her pregnancy. When it\'s not doggy style, spooning seems to work. I\'ll need to remeasure my EL, as it seems to be increasing! I\'m not sure if it\'s a delusion or not, but I seemed to have more penile leverage than in previous sessions. Only one way to find out!

I\'d use DMSO with Iodine if I were you. It really helped me stretch my scar tissue.

Also, despite what some Dr\'s say, I think pumping is an excellent tool for post op therapy. In fact, I\'d say it\'s better than Hanging. It\'s the only way to really stretch the scar tissue whilst the penis is Erect.

ADS is your best tool in my opinion, followed by pumping.

Thanks Hoddle, I will look for DMSO with Iodine. Is there a ready-made solution available at CVS or Walgreens that you know of? Where did you get yours, and what was the brand?

Thanks for the insight with the pump. What pump do you recommend? I\'ll have to see how I do with the ADS, Bib and manual combo and consider getting a pump if my gains are not sufficient.

I got my DMSO here:

www.jacoblab.com/

You need to order the iodine separately.

Honestly, I\'d take the pump over the Bib any day. If you were looking for normal length gains, then I\'d say the Bib would be better, but you aren\'t. You need to stretch out the scar tissue in all directions, so I think pumping would be much better. I personally don\'t think you even need to use a Bib in your routine. I think the ADS is the key thing.

I can\'t recommend a pump, as I\'ve only used one and it isn\'t that great. But ask on Thundersplace.

If I were you I\'d wear the ADS as much as you possibly can. It\'s better to buy a comfortable one, that you can strap to your leg. I have a set up that sounds very much like MM\'s. It\'s just a silicone sleeve and bungee chord. It was cheap, but you\'d be surprised at just how much tension you can apply and the best thing is that it\'s easy to wear for 12 hours + per day.

I\'d apply DMSO 15 minutes before a pumping session and do that twice a day, once in the morning and then again at night. I don\'t think you should pump in the regular way. You should pump up to 5-7hg and then release it and start again. Just do this over and over for 10-15 mins. This will mean the scar tissue is continually being stretched, relaxed and the stretched. The Bib wont be anywhere near as effective in my honest opinion.

Also I\'ve noticed that keeping blood flow to the penis seems to help with scarring for some reason, so 5 mg per day of cialis might not be a bad idea.

I have a $600.00 pump I\'m going to have to sell. It\'s extremely nice. I used it for several months to try to correct my curvature. The pump can be found here. I do not even begin to fit in the largest cylinder now. If you\'re interested, PM me. Very sound advice by Hoddle10. My only caveat is that stretching internal scar tissue causes further contraction of the scar and can result in curvature or shortening (acquired peyronie\'s). Very good recommendation on vacuum pressure my friend. I love Bib, but I have the same ADS tension device that MM and apparently Hoddle10 has. I love it. Cheap, comfortable, effective and stealthy are the attributes I would assign to it. I wear mine for at least 9 -14 hours every day. I\'m still gaining length but should really call it quits. Otherwise, I\'ll need yet another PMMA session down the road and an assistant to help me walk with this thing.

Some pumpers at TP say this is a good pump:

My routine has always been to:
manually stretch when watching TV, driving, after I go to the washroom, in the shower...Basically anywhere and anytime I can...
I wear my ADS for about 6 hours a day....
I use to hang weights (Pre PMMA)with the BiB Hanger 30 minutes a night (up to about 15 pounds) with three 10 minute intervals....
I use to pump every night (Pre PMMA) using the battery operated Vacu tech pump about 10 minutes a night...
It\'s been a long, hard road (pun intended) but I have made substantial gains.
Side note. The vacu tech pump can be purchased for about $150.00 online. I bought mine for $750.00 from Dr. Elist\'s clinic right after I had my silicon dildo removed in his examination.room. I was whacked out on Narcotics, and the (good) gives me the pump and a bill for $750.00. I paid for it with cash. I should have just refused but I was disorientated and just wanted to get the hell out of the clinic. What an asshole (I mean the doctor, not myself).
Still, the pump is an excellent one.

Thanks Hoddle, Miracle and MM!

I\'m going to forgo DMSO/Iodine with my wife being pregnant. I\'d be paranoid that she\'d inadvertently come into contact with this substance and it having negative ramifications for the pregnancy.

Per the advice of all three of you, I ended up ordering the $165 package from vacutech (as well as a clitoral cylinder for my wife). These are supposed to enlarge the clitoris and increase its sensitivity (not that she needs it!). Given the $22,000 in dough I\'ve blown on my own organ in 3 surgeries and new non-surgical equipment, splurging on a $30 cylinder for her was more than deserved!

@MM, once I have all equipment I\'m thinking my regular routine will be:
1. Wake up and manually stretch.
2. Use ADS (AutoXleeve).
3. After dinner, use Bib for 30 minutes
4. After Bib, pump for 10 minutes
5. Before going to bed, manually stretchMy irregular routine (when I\'m not home and/or unable to use my devices) will be to manually stretch whenever I can get the privacy.

I measured my EL last night, and found NBPEL to be 4\". This was definitely disappointing where I had perceived the length to be greater during intercourse, but I\'m not letting it get me down. I\'m only at the beginning of my long road ahead (will be 4 weeks out from my surgery this Friday), and there\'s too much work to be done to get discouraged at this point.

You guys are the best. As always, thanks for the advice and resources!

So far, I\'ve surpassed 2.5 hours of Hanging with a 9oz weight and intend to go all day if I can. Another question: is the leg harness necessary if I have a decent size weight attached to the end of the silicone? When using a makeshift leg harness, it resulted in pulling the weight away from my glans and straining the silicone tube. This doesn\'t seem to happen without the makeshift leg harness: it leaves the weight up against my glans and I believe I\'m getting enough of a hang if I\'m seated in a particular way to allow gravity to pull on the weight.

I\'ve ordered an official leg harness that will hopefully work as needed, and plan to discontinue use of my make-shift leg harness. Perhaps I\'m just not using the leg harness in the right way...should I not use it to add additional tension, and merely as a way of keeping the penis \"tied\" to my leg? Obviously, I\'m new to the world of Hanging and would appreciate any tips from you experts.

Another question: after about 5 hours of Hanging, I found myself unable to prevent my penis from sliding out of the silicon sleeve while standing/walking. I\'m assuming this is because of sweat and heat. Does anybody have any remedies for this issue? Thanks!

I prefer to use a leg strap as I think you can get much more tension than with weights. Also I find it\'s more discreet, but this could be because my PE weights are a bit bulky (Monty\'s weights). On top of that, once I was in Burger King and my weight and silicone sleeve came of and fell out the bottom of my trouser (pants to Americans) leg. Luckily no one saw.

To prevent the silicone sleeve sliding off, I wear a fluid cone, like the one found here: www.autoextender.com/usorder.html

I put the cone one and then roll my main sleeve over the top. This creates a much tighter grip and then you can add some real tension if using a bungee chord set up.

Btw, when you joined I was very suious you were another Elist shill!

Thanks Hoddle, very helpful! I had been using the weight with the leg strap together. So it should be one or the other (weight and no strap, or else strap and no weight)?

I also emailed MonkeyBar (the AutoExtender/AutoXleeve guy) to see what his recommendation was. I may well have to find a cone like that.

I suppose any member joining up to say that they\'re going to get an Elist implant (especially when it flies in the face of this forum\'s consensus) earns that suion! Having been a lurker in the previous version of this forum prior to getting my first \"Elistplant\" in 2011, I was well aware of the shilling going on for Elist (and knew I was going to be suspect). Hopefully, it\'s apparent by now that I\'m nobody\'s shill.

Boston I don\'t think anyone here thinks or thought you were a shill.
Best of luck on healing and thank you for sharing. I was watching you
and Mark\"s reports to decide if I would do it. I thought Mark had it right
with out the stiching to the glands, but never pulled the trigger becouse
of you disappear, I figure you was having issues or you would be hear bragging
about how great it was. So thank you again my friend. You saved me a lot
of money and pain.

Kcchief: You\'re a far wiser man than I was when opting for the body dildo, and your attributing the decision to not get the implant to my absence made my day. Glad to know my absence spoke volumes, even though it would have even more useful to everybody had I reported everything as it was happening. Truth is, I felt like shit psychologically and lost the motivation to keep up with the forum during those moments. I was stuck with the fruits of my poorly thought out decisions, and didn\'t want the PMMA enthusiasts rubbing my face in it (not that they would, that was my crappy mindset at the time). Thanks for the well wishes, and I\'ll make sure to report Dr. Solomon\'s definition of \"capsule\" when I talk to him next.
