Thanks CupandCakes

I feel great ... no pain at all...

I get my dressing undone and I get to talk to Singh tomorrow at 8:45am

It seems like it was a century ago that I was buying 6 gallons of cranberry juice at HEB cause I was having pain in my urethra and I thought maybe cranberry juice would help....

(It was only until I got that Kenalog shot did I get some relief)

Anywho ... my PE adventures are coming to a close, hopefully on a happy note

I\'ll post some pics tomorrow

I told the Dr to remove whatever he could, not just the bump, but since my injection was around the base only, and since he was degloving me, if he could remove something that was easy to remove, for him to do so.

I mean -- why only have a little bit of PMMA?...

He said \"That might reduce your Girth a lot, are you OK with that?\"

I responded \"Hell yes, get that stuff out of me please -- if you can\"

I go in to see what the results were ... he came by my bed on Monday after the procedure, but I don\'t remember anything.

Hey Guys

So it\'s been almost a week since I got de-gloved and \"whatever possible\" PMMA Removal + Nodule Removal.

Right after, for two days (Tues and Weds) I felt no pain at all... my penis was floppy and weird feeling.. like a dead limb Hanging off ya...

Anyways, I got my drain removed on Weds ... wasn\'t much coming out in terms of blood or anything, so everything was great.

Dr. Singh during the drain Removal said he got a \"TON\" of crap outta my penis... he also said it was all the way around, 360 degrees around the shaft... I had thought Dr C only put it on top... but then when i read his literature again, it says that he does go full circumference of the penis... anyways, he got a lot out... It might have been easier for me since when I got the procedure done he focused only on the base... not the entire penis like he does these days.

Anyways after the drain Removal... I felt great until Friday morning...

When I woke up Friday, he was still swollen around the circ line (see pic below), but the base wasn\'t very swollen at all... then I heard the garbage man outside.... and I thought to myself \"shit! .. nobody took out the garbage\"... my GF, or my roommate that lives in one of the spare bedrooms.

Now, we collect a lot of garbage at my house... it\'s a rather large house (>4000 sqft) -- and the garbage didn\'t make it out last week, so we had a LOT that needed to go... so I run downstairs, open the garage, see the garbage guy about 2 hours PAST my house.... in flip-flops and only shorts, I take the garbage and run after the truck. ... got to him, and dropped off a huge Green garbage container on wheels (supplied by the waste disposal company here in Austin) ...

Anyways, 10 mins later, I\'m back home, and I go to lay down, and OUCH!!

I felt a super sharp pain on the right side of my Dick!!!

I couldn\'t\' stand the pain... oh no!

So I call Dr. Singh ... and he asks me to come in... within 45 mins I\'m in his office... my penis was huge now, bigger than its ever been....

he looks at it, and says, OK .. well you got a internal bleed here, but don\'t worry, just keep off it, and it should resolve .... you\'ll have the same end result, just it will take a little longer.

Well... seems he was right, it\'s now ~3 days since seeing him and there isn\'t anymore pain... but the thing is grotesque! ... look at these pics!

I like to show my penis to my GF, to try and scare her... it doesn\'t really seem to scare her too much... OK I guess working as a stripper for many years made her used to crazy shit like this. (yes, I met her at Sugars here in Austin)

Anyways guys ... I\'m doing good, despite what these pictures might show... most importantly, mentally... I feel mentally \"great!\"

I\'m asking myself what the conclusions are out of this case.

i thought PMMA was not removeable (without damaging the penis) , i thought its not possible to deglove the penis skin when PMMA has been applied, because of the PMMA sticking to the erectile tissue and the penis skin at once. (so how did the doc even do that, step by step scratching/scraping it off from the front opening)

and of course the final result and possible damage outcome will be super interesting to know, aesthetic changes size loss, how much PMMA material is still left inside you and what not. worst case of PMMA problems so far from what i can read out of the descriptions, just to wish to go back to the normal status. poor budy stay strong.
thanks alot for sharing darkstaff best thing you can do for the menfolk.

greets guys

so can we say its removeable smoothly or is this just wrong ? time might tell, and from case to case diffrentl probably.
what are your guys thoughts.

It would be very dangerous to think like that. Sometimes liquid silicone can be removed no problem, other times a skin graft is required. Often FFT is removed with no issue\'s, whilst others, such as myself, suffer Necrosis.

The advantage we have with removing PMMA from the penis, is that the circ scar provides a very good entry and exit point. Often when Dr\'s say they don\'t like permanent injectables it\'s because to remove them requires cutting away chunks of tissue and therefore deforming the patient. So in this sense the penis is the ideal place to have PMMA, as it\'s about the only place a surgeon can gain access without cutting away surrounding tissue. However, this doesn\'t mean one is safe from othe complications and therefore PMMA should very much be considered permanent and Removal as an absolute last resort. In DS\'s case, personally I don\'t think this surgery should have been done, but he\'s happy he\'s done it and that\'s the main thing.

I\'m just so surprised that its even possible at all. as far as i recall the forum always said its not not possible without damage.

a precise step by step description would be nice to have if you can ask for that darkstaff.
shouldn\'t the PMMA stick to the penis skin and erectile tissue like superglue, how did the doc get that done. well the report doesn\'t end here probably.

man being back on the forums sucks, seeing all you fuckers with enhanced dicks fuck you guys.

i still cant get my head around this Removal thread and what to make out of it.
one hand its a big warning sign on the other i don\'t know.

Hey aestheticgirth

Next time I see Dr Singh here in Austin I\'ll ask him exactly how he did it, and follow-up here.

I\'m still recoverying... day by day the swelling goes down a little...

Hoodle is correct, de-gloving is a last resort... its not something to take lightly.

I feel much better now... let\'s hope I continue to recovery.

awesome thanks! and a picture when all the swelling has gone down would be nice aswell.
and maybe the spots that you consider as left over results of your \'PMMA try\' (PMMA+the Removal), meaning dents or nodules, if there are some, let us know mate!
overall just if you penis turns back to exactly what it used to be before the try or if there are changes.

thanks alot for this report again!
invaluable to hold man back from just going in and instead rethink again and rethink again and rethink again...

thanks

Well, swelling is down much more now.

However, my erections are far from what they used to be in terms of length...

I think Hoodle was right in terms of losing length... its still swollen, esp by the circ scar... and there seems to be a large lump close to my testes on the right side... not sure if its residual swelling from the surgery, or what... but my Erection length is like 1/2 what it used to be.

I\'m gonna go see Singh, this sucks.. I hope I regain my lost length...

sigh...

I\'ll post more in a week when swelling goes down some more...

I hope this loss of length is due to my recovery and not perm... that would suck completely

Hey Guys

Well here are some updated pics.

The swelling has gone down a lot, there is no pain when Flaccid, still some pain when Erect.

The surgery was March 11th, Dr Singh said 1 month before I even think about doing anything like masturbating ... and he said that was before I started bleeding internally 5 days post-op. After the internal bleeding, he did state that recovery was going to take longer, but the same end result could be expected.

The issues I still have (and trying not to worry about are)

1. Large mass under penis close to scrotum, -> see the bulge in the 2nd picture. I\'m not sure if this is PMMA that somehow moved during the bleed or operation, or if its just healing and swollen tissue.

2. Erect size is same as Flaccid size... I have like a very small Erect penis. If I pull the penis out, the entire base moves out too (see pic #3) ... I\'m praying that this corrects itself overtime.

Besides that ... my recovery is going OK.

On a side note, I had my stomach scoped on Thursday (EGD) to follow-up with my Hernia and Barretts. It appears my hernia is gone -- or is negligible, and the area looks OK. (So good in the sense that no Hernia, bad in the sense that I still have random chest pain usually around the sternum, now with no real condition to tag it to --- aka, fear of the unknown --- either that or my GI doctor is just a idiot)

Also, the scope seemed to damage something inside me, I\'ve been having crushing chest pain and last night I went back into AFIB... luckily I got my handy Flecinide tabs to deal with it. Of course the chest pain and the AFIB has me worried again... so I got a new general practitioner doctor. I mentioned to him about PMMA, and he said he knew about it, and also said that migrate was unlikely... however, he wants me to get a chest MRI to look for any migration, also a ultrasound of my gall bladder to make sure that\'s OK. Also he is sending me to a new GI doctor for 2nd opinion around the hernia/stomach issues I\'m dealing with.

Anyways, back to my penis. I\'m very scared that my penis is going to be a 4\" tiny thing now... I\'m trying not to regret the decision to listen to my doctors. Last night I was in panic mode that I made a mistake... esp. since I was Erect and I was exhibiting a penis length about 1/2 what I used to have.

Any of you guys out there who have had a de-gloving procedure... did any of you noticed a lump in the scrotum like mine? Also, did you have a issue with length that got better over time?

Thanks!
