just looking for recommendations on a good Hanger post enhancement. I've had 12ml of Ellanse. I have the old bib Hanger that I'm hesitant on using until collagen has finished forming in shaft. I also have an LG Hanger which obviously no longer works due to the Girth increase. I'm looking for something similar to the LG as in a vac Hanger. But preferably one that isn't machined to a specific size considering that I would like to do 1 more round of Ellanse in a few months.

I've used Autoextender products for years. I also find their sleeves are well made and affordable compared to others. I'm not sure about other brands but Autoextender let's you select the size of tube you want. I would not recommend using a bib after filler! They are very aggressive at the shaft. Vac Hanging would appear to be much safer.

ordered the autoextender gold pack. So I'll receive the vac caps and 6 sleeves. I like that it says the large soft sleeve can be worn at night. So I can use my lg Hanger during the day with my quick extender. The sleeves I'll wear while at work and at night. Have you worn the sleeve at night while sleeping. I've always been wary of wearing anything while sleeping for the simple fact of not being able to monitor in case of loss of blood flow. But the large soft sleeve claims that it isn't restrictive enough to cut off blood flow and is completely safe to wear at night.

No I have never worn anything at night. I have also only used sleeves strictly for vac Hanging. I have an Erection for at least 70% of the night so I know it would never work for me. The soft sleeves are definitely soft but your Girth will determine the blood flow issue, less or more. Be safe.

I hang with clamp style hangers. ( EG: Bib, P-Hanger ). I have done this after every round. After everything settled of course. I have always felt that mixing up the two styles of Hanging is the best. Clamps and Vacs .

I wear sleeves to sleep in. They are my worn out sleeves. Also, for note. I am well conditioned and know my penis very well and what it can take.

The only significant injury I have ever suffered during all my years of PE came from a Bib. I still have scar tissue on the left side of my shaft from it, almost an imprint from the clamp. Bib Hanging is effective, but I feel that the opportunity for error or major injury is lower w vac. Be safe!

@LatinLog

For sure, Safety and research. I should note for everyone, i was never a "heavy" hanger. And I also was more cautious with my clamps: Constantly removing and massaging.
For new people, def vac first.

I’m confused how you’re using the lg Hanger with the quick extender?

Will stretching with the lg sleeves leave imprint on shaft if collagen is still forming or is this only an issue before product settles?

Can you customize the autoextender gold pack to work as glans only?

I’m just trying to find something to use so I won’t retract/turtle for at least 6 weeks post op. Having trouble finding something that won’t mess with product.

I usually do a couple 20-30min sets at 3lbs with the lg Hanger. Then remove it use a rice sock to heat between each set. Then afterwards I'll put on my quick extender. If I'm going out I'll put on the noose Hanger with with some type of padding usually it's folded over gauze pad. Just bc it's more discreet than my quick extender. I just received my autosleeves today and I love the feel of them but I'm very disappointed. I ordered the gold pack and received the starter pack. I've emailed them so hopefully they'll resolve the issue. But I've taken the cap and sleeve and hung the weight that I had on the noose Hanger. It's very comfortable hopefully I'll be able to use this as an all day Hanger. With the lg Hanger it had no effect on the distribution of collagen. I believe due to the fact that the sleeve rolls over the whole shaft instead of acting like a compression Hanger that physically grips the shaft.

@Hyperbol

if your not looking to do any PE work. and just dont want to turtle. look into the Still On Systems stuff. They are good for this, but suck for PE work.

Do you think still on would work for sleeping?

What do you think I should wear while sleeping in the first weeks post op?

@Hyperbol

You have to work up to being able to sleep, and sleep comfortably, in sleeves. To that note, I wouldnt sleep in anything other than a sleeve. NO device.

I’m planning on Ellanse end of October. So in the first few days post op and beyond while sleeping I should be wearing a sleeve to keep preventing my turtle. A sleeve that isn’t too tight to deform product and restrict blood flow but tight enough to to keep me lightly extended?

I assume I should just start buying, testing and experimenting with different products (without spending $1,000) in order to get this down before heading to Tijuana. Chester said he was taking off the stealth before bed which is confusing.

I am interested in PE but having never done it, starting now, having rd 1 of Ellanse and Rd 2 three months later, I’m afraid I’d mess the product up if I practice too much PE during this timeframe. I know you guys are doing it but being a beginner I feel like I should be more cautious.

no way should you sleep in a sleeve after a procedure. go read my after care posts in my threads

start PE definitely before a procedure. It can only help.

You ARE going to spend money, be ready. some things that you get, you simply will not like and you will have go get something else.
