Essentially an uncircumcised guy is constantly turtled so the term doesn’t really apply I guess. But for cut guys it refers to the glans being partially or fully covered by either inner
Foreskin or shaft skin in the
Flaccid state due to someone being a “
Grower” and that’s simply how their cut is or because the
Grower is retracting when sitting down, is cold, is bending, lifting weights/exercising etc.
And of course “showers” who didn’t have as much skin removed during their
Circumcision and can also turtle during retraction.
