Hey!! Nice to hear from you and glad you are still posting. I concur that HA is not as firm as PMMA. The one area of my Dick that was the most resistant to PMMA because of Fibrosis was finally filled in with a heavy concentration of Silikon. It looks smooth but it is the part of my Dick that is the most like it was when I had HA. It\'s the upper left shaft and no matter how hard I get it is not quite hard there. The other thing about temp fillers is that for guys that are obsessive, by the next day or two you start wondering if it is going down and you never feel quite free of the size issues as it is always on your mind that the HA is being absorbed. I think I had about 36-38cc\'s in all. I\'ve also seen Gatit\'s Dick in person and as fillers go it looks flawless, but I completely get the softness issue.

Of all the PE procedures I have had, Dermal Grafts definitely looked and felt the best, then PMMA, really not bad at all, just go low key on the Silikon, then the HA (and I have tried Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Ultima or something - don\'t even remember, and some other brand I forgot - maybe Macrolane).

Thanks for starting this thread. It should be very useful to a number of posters as I\'m pretty sure you are the member who has had Voluma for the longest period of time.

I\'ve seen Gatit\'s result (Flaccid in real life and Erect via photo) and it\'s a real work of art.

I didn\'t stick with it long enough to need touch-ups. I dissolved it all in my apartment. I should add that I was repairing a lot of loose skin from dermal graft Removal or I would not have had that much HA - but it was not for me. Even if it had looked and felt great the reality of getting y Dick worked on every 6 months would have gotten to me sooner or later. I have a friend who has a great outcome and he goes back every 4-5 months. He has the money so it is not a big deal to him but I love having a permanent solution. I don\'t think about my Dick anymore.

A permanent solution is ideal, but I get too concerned over nodules and delayed inflammatory response such as what Restoration went through.
Did you self-inject the HA as well or just the dissolving enzyme?

Isn\'t it challenging to get a top-up every 6 months? Does your friend do injections commercially as well? If so, what country?

It's not that challenging. But it's a pain to go every 6 to 8 months for touch ups. 95% of the Voluma will remain for 18 months but in some spots it becomes wavy and a touch up is necessary to keep it proportionate.

My friend is a reconstructif plastic surgeon, he is in France. He doesn't offer it in his practice. He treats people that had serious accidents. He's not looking to get into that business. He does it as a favor for me, we grew up together he is like a brother

This technique of HA for Girth has been done for more than 10 years in France. It's not socialy accepted but it's common.

In any cases I'll sugest you get it done by someone qualified, that knows the anatomy. You don't want to get your vital organ messed up.

What do you guys mean by scar tissue? Scar tissue like a bump/lump at the injection sites? Or permanent smooth circumferential collagen deposition where it feels firmer or random ridges?

Haven\'t had any finger imprints although I do edge alot but I have always massaged it one minute in the shower as a precaution. I\'m keeping detailed stats records and it\'s holding up OK so far. It\'s squidgy when soft for me, less so when hard. I have also developed some scar tissue but it seems to be going away, not obvious only I can feel it.

I have no doubt HA fillers are the future for PE but the manufacturers need to improve the filler consistency and duration for this specific application.

I'm glad I'm not the only that says that it requires A LOT lol

When you say it looks wavy without a touch up, do you mean the way it looks, way it feels, or both?
Would I be able to get away with a touch up once a year without anyone noticing any odd cosmetic issues?
If I\'m only going for 0.5-0.75 Inch gain, does that reduce the need for touch ups and make it less apparent that I\'ve had something done?

So far no one ?? By the look certainly not and by the feel either. I believe people won't notice if it is well done. Unless you have a stereotype overfilled silicone looking one no one should notice.

Wavy on the way it looks. It's very minimal. As I said before I put lot of pressure with my thumb when I jo that's why after a couple of months the HA has molded a little bit.

As for the touch up, everybody is different so I can't tell you if you'll need it sooner than later.

I have had some scar tissue too but it smoothed out. I actually love when I get scar tissue as it feels like a vein.

Also some people claim HA may cause a small permanent increase through collagen formation, has anyone noticed any permanent increase once they let the HA completely reabsorb?

I agree with Hunky. Even though it's a long lasting product, in the back of my mind I think about the fact that it's not permanent or semi permanent.

When girls get their boobs done, once it's done they don't think about it . It's part of their body until the 10 years mark when they have to switch implants but beside that they keep their shape.

Tell a girl that want big boobs to choose between implants or injections that require touch ups every year she'll laugh at you.
