TOPIC: What is your gut feeling about pmma in the long term

I actually googled and will email Gary Alter has he seen anyone with PMMA ?

I put ice on it and it has gone down. I will go back and reapply ice

I\'d just apply DMSO for a couple of months and take a few days of Ibruprofen.

I wouldn\'t even dream of getting it removed for that. The bands of scar tissue I have from FFT Removal have caused me real discomfort.

Guys have had swelling from Silicone injections for decades and I\'ve never read about it being a problem. The only time I\'ve heard of an issue was when a sailor got injected with non medical grade silicone and had chronic inflammation and didn\'t seek medical advise. I\'ve also read about similar things with parafin oil injections. Those cases are nothing like we\'ve seen reported here.

Sorry I don\'t know what FFT is. Did you have PMMA removed? Never heard of DMSO is this something Dr\'s have said to use? Or has anyone here used this?

Before it was not swelling every time after sex. I do feel other areas right now but not sure if it\'s because I\'m nervous or anxiety. Feel it in my hand and I just ate so I know I\'m nervous I don\'t even feel hungry. I usually eat at 7:30am it\'s 12pm smh I will check the things you\'ve mentioned.

Also any particular brand DMSO?

FFT is just fat. It\'s the same surgery though. They deglove, peel back the skin and cut the tissue out.

DMSO is an anti inflammatory. Lots of people have used it.

You sound as if you are suffering from anxiety. The fact you have ball tingling suggests it to me. Oddly only yesterday I was on the phone, trying to explain to the thread starter that it\'s very hard to distinguish where pain in that area is really coming from or if it\'s even just psychosomatic. I was convinced I had testicular cancer and had a constant dull ache and my testical was really painful to touch. But as soon as i was told be a Dr it wasn\'t cancer, the pain went. It was crazy, as I was genuinely in pain all the time.

Do you have PMMA now? I see liquid form of dmso did you use it? I see creme and liquid I also see 99% and less. Sorry for to many questions. I also do suffer from frequent pain in my leg behind the knees I wonder if this caused it. Or is it my back like most Dr\'s its crazy how the mind works

I have a shooting pain down my left leg that I\'m convinced is connected to the skin scar ahdesions in my penis from fat Removal! Since I read about one of our members having prostate cancer I\'ve had a burning sensation in that area!

Yes I have PMMA, but only 6cc.

Yes I used liquid DMSO.

No, just the areas where I had some scar tissue.

You need to read up on how to apply it before using it. Make sure the area is very clean with no soap residue left over. Let it air dry for 10 mins before letting anything touch it. You might want to mix it with some lugals iodine. I think 70/30 ratio, DMSO/Iodine. I mixed it in a syringe and squirted in onto a Q tip. Then I\'d rub the area. I did it once a day for a week, then twice per day and by the third week did it 3 times per day. Every month I took a week off to let the skin recover.

So in this case I would apply where the nodules are I\'m assuming. I will look into how to apply it. I\'ll check to see if there are any videos as well. How is your PMMA going does yours get swollen as well? If not do you think it doesn\'t because of the DMSO. Thanks

I don\'t have enough to notice any swelling. Also I purposefully didn\'t have any in the op third where I have very loose skin.

Have you ever had anyone try and break up the nodules and inject Kenalog?
