Dr Oates Topic Author Visitor	Bdog, i did stretching, and gained about 0\'5 EL, during 6 strict months or so. And did, and do, jelquing and Clamping for Girth. Now I am going to stretch and hang for two years. I want my 8\" NBP lenght.

Well based on any reasonable risk/reward criteria, it\'s not something you should pursue. These is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting more. But you\'ve been a member here long enough now to surely have realized that in your case, it simply isn\'t worth the risk of pursuing that particular ambition.

Agreed, Hoddle. That\'s why I am going to stretch my unit during the next two years for my length goals. Time enough for read and learn about PMMA and view upcoming procedures of both present and future members. And i can achieve more Girth gains with natural PE i think. Maybe i get gains and i definetely won\'t think about procedure anymore, but i will have learned about something that is interesting, which is good for open mind.

Back to your topic that started this thread, \"ligament cut procedure worth it?\", in my opinion, after underwent a ligament cut procedure, although I gained 1\" length gain (please search my posts for photos) = not worth it.

My surgeon did a traditional V-Y plasty, which is actually repositioning of my penis after ligament cut to keep the length gains. The result was that I am now left with a very visible inverted Y scar in my pubic area.

If I was to consider the balance between gains and aesthetic, I would definitely say that the ligament cut procedure is not worth it.

For your reference and best of luck in any decision that you might make.

Hey, Gokku, was that gain in Erect lenght? Or just Flaccid? Did you use extenders post- op?
