I am definitely thinking of doing this when I move to New York. I\'m currently about 5.8 BP EL and 4.4/4.5 EG. I\'d love to get to about 5.5 EG if possible. From my understanding 3 CCs of HA will get you about 0.25\" increase so I guess to get me to 5.5\" I would need about 12 CCs (maybe less though, because I have a smaller surface area.....lol...). I have a \"fresh\" Dick -never had any kind of surgery before.

I am thinking of doing two sessions of 6CCs each , which appears to be a lot for HA at one time - any thoughts on that? Should I try to go for 4CCs but three sessions? I\'m also still thinking about whether to do Juvederm/Belotero and right now am leaning towards Belotero because it is thinner and apparently produces better result.

Also I\'m still kind of freaked out about the needle thing. I know the risk is supposedly small, but still. Some people here have been saying he uses the micro-cannula upon request, but others say that he doesn\'t. What\'s the real story here? I know he prefers the needles because its supposed to be more precise, but does it actually make it that much more difficult for him to spread the material?

If you go to Mirza he would probably insist on 3cc\'s to start; you could get him to 4 on your next visit and 5 on your third. That would get you to 12 - that is what I did - then went back and had 2 more.

I have to say that my Juvederm is feeling much better - so I can\'t entirely say which is better. For me the breakthrough came when I pumped at a very low rate - take it to 5 and then let it slowly go to 2 or 3 and then get it back up to 5 and so on. I did it like this for 45 minutes and it made a huge difference is spreading everything around. Before that I was pumping on a high level - 10 - 15 for a short bursts - It just brought everything (HA clumps) to the surface of my skin and made it look worse which was bumming me out. I also just stuck my Dick in there with no Erection and pumped hard and then stopped. Getting an Erection really caused the HA disperse with the pumping. It occurred to me after having sex and not loving my Dick, I was doing aftercare wrong for my goals and it made a huge difference.

I haven\'t had any of this long enough to say get one over the other. The Belotero looks great from the beginning - absorbs more rapidly - but the Juvederm lasts longer and i can\'t say yet if it is as good aesthetically yet - but it looks like it will be.

Lastly I told Mirza he was losing business as there were people I knew of, who wouldn\'t go to him because of his technique. He said he would use the micro cannula if asked - i think the next time I go when it is time to get my stuff updated I will text in advance and say I want one. I would not let that put you off - just say you want it done that way and won\'t consider anything else.

I am getting really close to thinking this is a significant solution for me - I want to make sure I can get it smooth like my old Dick that had the grafts when they were healthy, and then see how much it costs to maintain.

I think MischiefMaker, Restoration, Hoddle and Gatit know the most on this board about HA. I know very little still but hope this helps. xd

Thanks for the response again HunkyDory. Really do appreciate the candid opinion. I think i\'ll do as you suggested and do the 3,4,5 ccs -and then maybe even more. As for belotero or juvederm, I\'ll keep thinking about it for now. I\'m still leaning towards belotero as it SEEMS safer, but juvederm seems to be more well known as a HA product used in the penis.

Actually another question I had was if after 12 CCs you felt your penis had a radical difference in feeling to the touch (except the unevenness parts) -I know you said you felt it, but that it still looked and felt relatively natural. I\'m trying to get about 1.5\" increase so dunno if that\'ll affect my penis\'s feeling with that much material inside.

From what little I know, and after talking more in depth to Gatit - only have it done by a cannula. Gatit looked at my work and said that the waviness was from having it placed too close to the surface under the skin and that you can only do it right with a cannula not only for safety reasons but to get it to the level you need it, I should not be giving too much advice about this stuff as I know so little about it. He used thicker stuff and his work looked great - so I think it is a lot about technique. I know a lot about Dermal Grafts but still kind of ignorant about HA. I would hate to give you bad advice. But it feels natural - just wish it wasn\'t so wavy - which is getting better everyday - just not fast enough for me.

Yes i left already. He told me 15min but i ended up waiting an hour which is ridiculous without an appointment, which would have been better. So when i text him about an appointment he said no they only do walk-in which i replied \"Thanks but no thanks for the procedure. I don\'t like to be lied to. The reason I\'m upset is because i would have cleared my afternoon for the procedure but i didn\'t so i have to go work now.

That was the complaint I wrote on this board early on but it\'s been better for me

ps if you want to go there go in the am 10 min before opening and then there is no wait at all - but I would really insist on a micro cannula as it is not just about safety, but about being able to disperse the material correctly - Bellafill is permanent so I would not let him do it with little jabs here and there. Unlike HA you will be stuck if it is not done smoothly. Last bit of advise - just say you want the sides done first. 3\'ccs will not cover your Dick so you don\'t want a little here and a little there - try and have the 3 spread out along the sides so there is some symmetry.
