Thanks, MM. I had Boletro this time. It was really important to me to get a really good result coming out of this so I know it would work for me - and then figured I would switch it up to heavier stuff once I got my sea legs. It already looks and feels really good. Even though I had it hours ago it looks like it did a week out after the first procedure. I have had a total of 12 and stopping now. I will go back in 4-5 months and see where I am. If I am happy I will come up with the money to keep it going. I don\'t even see it as cosmetic as my skin was so stretched I am thinking of it as a medical expense. After the whole ordeal with the grafts which transpired over 4 years it is great to feel like my new Dick is really my old Dick, that I had for 20 years. He also gave me a discount and we talked a lot - I sort of like him. Now that I have a base that is not all shaft and skin I might do the Voluma next time I ago. If I can keep this going for 2-3k a year it would be worth it to me.

This is an incredible thread! I\'ll actually be living in NYC for the next year, so definitely the \"slow-but-sure\" option works for me. I\'m really considering visiting this doctor Mirza, but am I concerned that he does kinda still look sketchy....

I\'ve heard that the options for HA in NYC are basically him and Dr Heller? Is that pretty much it?

Also I\'m still not really sure on the differences among Juvederm, Restylane and Bellafill...I\'ve also never heard of Belotero before this thread. I\'m still researching, but can anyone maybe explain this to me in a sweet sweeeeeet summary?

Lol - here it is short and sweet from what I know.
The difference between Juverdem, Restylane and Belotero are in the molecular make up and how they are cross linked - they are all HA however.

The Belotero is the finest of the 3 and gives the best result in my opinion, but it is a trade off in that after 6 months it starts to absorb. The Juvederm is the thickest and can last up to a year. Restylane is closer to Belotero - but the specifics are best found by looking up the 3 products.

Bellafill is entirely different. It is PMMA, not HA - is considered permanent but mixed with Bovine Collagen which is different from most of the PMMA discussed on this board. Check the board for what PMMA is - there is load of info.

Mirza seemed sketchy to me too, but I actually like him. It is not a very complicated procedure but the walk in quality really bothered me. I get it better now as it is a 10 minute procedure.

The thicker stuff like Juvederm is more lumpy in the beginning - soft lumps that still feel like flesh - but it can take up to 3 weeks to a month to resolve. The Belotero gives a much smoother result from the start.

I have all 3 HA products in me and if I had to do it over again I think I would start with all Belotero as I have already had a prior procedure and have thinner skin as a result of it. I have been to Mirza 3 times and would feel comfortable recommending him. I am only 2 1/2 weeks out from my first procedure and 3 days since my 3rd and last round for a while. Basically I am happy with it, in a week I think I will be very happy - still waiting for the minor irregularities to resolve which they are daily but slowly.

I would read up on all 4 products before you do anything. I don\'t mind the fact that it is not permanent because if you don\'t like your results you are not stuck with them for life or have invasive surgery to remove it.

I met Heller and can\'t say too much about him but he does in volumes of 10cc\'s and 20cc\'s which I am glad I did not do at once.

It\'s been a little over two months since I had my first Belotero injections and I am very happy with the results. It is SO addicting and I feel like I could go once a week for more--but I\'ve decided to stop and leave it for the time being. I\'ve gotten great feedback from HD and my partner. I hope everyone looking can be as happy with their results.

I will go for my second PRP SHOT later this month...but I didn\'t notice a difference after one.

So how did it go?

If I was going to do it myself, which I wouldn\'t, I wouldn\'t use a sharp needle to inject. I\'d buy a nokor needle to make a small puncture in the skin and then use that hole to insert a micro cannula. I\'d also use Emla cream. But this is a bad idea in my opinion. I\'ve done minor self surgery in the past and it\'s always way harder than you imagine. If you are going to do it, I\'d consider using an extender to hold the penis, as it\'s much easier with 2 free hands. Lift the skin with one and inject with the other.

Lexus I actually thought you already did it. Lol I think I would be a little scared to try it myself.

@Indiano, hopefully not - it would take a serious set of Balls to inject your own glans with anything - I can\'t f@ing imagine that..safe or not.

I actually meant from you hd, perhaps I wasn\'t specific enough. I know it\'s very risky and nerve racking what Lexus is doing.

Hey guys! A little update... I had my consultation with dr.heller on Friday and he pretty much was a straight shooter giving me the same info as honkydory but my experience was a bit much different. You see as i thought dr.heller would try to sell or push the issue about me getting HA
he completely told me that it would be a waste of money and for the same gain i might as well do FFT.. He explained that although FFT is not 100%
Neither is any Girth enhancement procedure. He said that Bellafill is just to expensive and would run me like $7000 just to get a decent increase in size in which i totally agree because of my research. This is y i don\'t understand how dr. Mirza is charging only $400 per syringe. Anyway he then tried to tell me about the skin graft which i completely disregarded and dismissed because i don\'t want a patch missing from my skin and also because of the stories I\'ve read. So in the end dr.heller told me that there\'s no guarantee on any procedure and as for the HA fillers, he explained that it\'s only a temporary fix and after everything is all done and gone then i would have to dish out another few grand every 6 months to a year so why not go for FFT and at least this way even if i don\'t stay with 100% of the fat,I\'ll walk away with some and that\'s better than nothing from the absorption of the HA. Then i could spend that same money that i would have from the HA to get top ups. Now with all of this being said, i completely agree but decided to put a twist on it myself. I\'ll get the FFT then two tops after that, then every 3months for a year go to dr.mirza for the Bellafill just to even out things then I\'m done. I\'m not going to spend $4000 every year for Girth that\'s not going to stick around. Mentally this will mess me up. Also as i said before i don\'t want to keep doing PE for the rest of my life or even 10 years from now. I\'d rather give advice to the new comers who need it.
