TOPIC: Pumps for PMMA after care

I have been pumping lately and my penis looks damn near perfect after the session. It fills out all the imperfections and it just feels smooth and natural. I haven\'t felt that with my penis going on 2 years. I have my 5th procedure coming up in January, I pray that I can get it fixed to be this smooth without the pump. I\'m going to use the pump after the swelling from the procedure goes away. I have a good feeling that it make things smoother. The sleeve is what ruined my first procedure with Dr. C so thats obviously a no go. I am just going to wrap lightly when I\'m not massaging. Then pump after about a week or so. Pray it works out.

What I have noticed is my penis will hold that temporary pump gain alot longer than before PMMA. I gain 1/8 of an inch from Light pumping (doctors orders) and keep it over 12 hours.and considering I will be pumping every 12hours that\'s like an 1/8\" for free

No problem. I seem to be holding 1/8\" even 48 hours after pumping. Could be the exercise, collagen growth or expansion of my graft from Peyronies surgery. Dunno. X40. I have no desire to pump beyond what vacuum pressure the X40 is capable of delivering.

I\'m chasing 1/4\" - 1-2\" in EL. No more Girth! To be clear, I\'m 7.125\" MSEG, not 8\"!!! The only reason I want to upgrade pump size is to allow full expansion. I\'ve actually been thinking of sticking with the X40 as it may work length better. I do believe if a girl is really wet and wants it, that she would be able to accommodate my size providing I went slow. My neck Girth is 6\" and I taper up nicely to the base. I\'m married so I just have to presume it\'s possible.

I am getting PMMA in Dec. It makes sense not to pump right after but will I ever be able to use a pump again? I love the look and feel if it. Or will it \'ruin\' the PMMA. And if so, how long should I wait?

chicagohunk...i just got my 1st tound with Dr. C last week thursday and they recommended to begin light pumping for 2-3 min 3 times a day as soon as the swelling goes down and i\'m almost there after 3 days, i\'ll probably start light pumping again tomorrow.

I\'ve been pumping after day 8 after the procedure and currently on day 12. I have the bathmate x30 and just use it lightly for 5-10 mins. Later I keep it streched with the esl-40. So far I like the results, is so tempting to pump to 90-100% like I did before. If I do that I know there will be repercussions so being gentle and careful is key

The hard part is to remember to pump lightly. Be careful.

My problem with it is that they break and lose suction. I had it happen before with both water and air pump. After I pump I\'m much thicker but it only stays that way for 2 hours, 3 hours most. I\'ve seen a lot of people speak about getting bigger from using the bathmate, but they didn\'t only use the bathmate they use other methods too. The guy fro good looking loser went from 5.5 - 7.2 using the bathmate but I believe results are different for everyone.

A lot of members who has had PMMA and pumped gotten temporary results for length and Girth. Some kept those gains longer then others, so I assumed this could be a way help add on length but i guess it doesn\'t work for everyone. I had high hopes for the bathmate, but to me it seems like its just good to prevent ed and to have great sex, that goes for other pumps too.

I just completed round 3. Wade suggested I start pumping after 10 days or so. I had stopped pumping because I over pumping in February and it caused some issues. They are cleared up now - thank goodness. So Wayne explains that light pumping will help keep the PMMA from clumping. It tends to pull it apart and permits collagen to fill in the spaces - growth. That makes sense. I used the x4 Labs for the same reason (but for length). I did get good results once I starting wearing x4 Labs for 8+ hours a day (at a good level of force) and Jelqing. Finally, Wayne told me not to use the x4 extender for 6 weeks after surgery.
