Pumps for PMMA after care 11 years 4 months ago #1278716264

I am not talking about PE here I am talking about the first week after receiving PMMA. It just seems like the closest thing to an Erection , if you stretch it there is something attached to you ( possible ridge etc) the Girth may not be at its maximum. I would think the best way to heal is in its maximum state. If you are rehabbing knee op you need to maintain full range . I just think besides a full Erection this would be the closest.

I think so.. IMO pump may be counter productive. just stretch that thing.

Hulk, that makes sense. At the very least it would need to be the absolute lowest pressure. I will email Dr C and see if they have any thoughts on this . I am really interested in something because I am a Grower, but maintaining a three day on and off Erection seems a little problematic , but doing this is crucial for looks. And i don\'t mean literally keep an Erection but obviously not allowing it to retract .

That\'s where wrapping, or a good sleeve comes in. Can\'t be in a pump for three days either, and a good wrap job can get you extented to near your EL.

Yeah that sleeve link someone posted looked really good - might even help regular PE since you cant leave most ADSs on at night (I\'d assume you could leave the sleeve on at night).

Does anyone have the sleeve link? I am looking but haven\'t found it yet.

Edit, just found it! www.stealthformen.com/

Muball - I just got finished with round 2 and will DEFINITELY be getting a pump.
Wade told me a guy came in for his 4th full treatment and his Dick is perfect because of pumping.

Here is why. When PMMA is injected the first 60 days are vital. That is when it heals. So if you pump your stretching the PMMA internally and then use the stretcher so the PMMA hardens thicker and better!! This should be a major topic of aftercare discussion

I mean major. I\'m not very articulate but when u pump your Cock it created new blood cells and expanding your vascular internal infrastructure with pumping then the PMMA will also expand but better yet the pumping loosens up the noduals and the penis will spear much smoother.

I wade said to pump 2-3 times a day for 5 minutes and dr. C chimed in and said don\'t pump to pin level just give it a good pump where there penis expands and do it for five minutes. Then put the stretcher on and let it stretch all day after it has been expanded -

This could really improve guys gains.

Wade mentioned a pumper called \"bath something with water in it\" I\'ll get the name as I have to see him tomorrow. This could also help with Erect Girth because your going to be expanding the penis with fresh PMMA inside.

This needs to be a huge discussion because when wade sees the results and says wow that guy is on to something I feel it\'s my duty to share this. We are all here to help each other. I had a horrific experience with dr loria and was gonna go to dr elist till I read this board which save my life so I feel it\'s my duty to share my two cents.
I will be pumping and stretching for 3 months straight because that is the amount of time it is recommended in between treatments
Hoping the last trestment in feb will get me to my desired Flaccid Girth of 6\".

But I am definitely going to pump and stretch for 3 straight months and will let you guys know my results

From all the reports I\'ve gathered, pumping & PMMA don\'t seem to go hand-in-hand. The exact reason why is up for debate, but from what has been said about it seems to suggest there are more cons than pros. This seems to be the case for both immediately post-op and later down the road for enlargement purposes.

If anyone has experienced positive results with pumping & PMMA, please share and explain why you think your situation was successful.

@Thewingman

Bizarre reaction from pumping, curious to know how how vacuum pressure alters the collagen as opposed to the pressures found with traction/stretching, aggressive masturbation, and long-duration sex.

I\'d actually like to add something here. I was thinking about this subject recently as I like to pump myself. Not so much for added size, but more because I really like the feeling of the pressure.

Anyway, what I\'ve noticed after a year of PMMA, is that my penis is more squishy and for the most part the implant seems and feels like it is completely separate from my penis. What my thoughts are on this is that while pumping I have expanded my penis, and simultaneously stretched the PMMA leaving a larger stretched out implant that feels loose when I\'m not pumped up.

These are just my thoughts and I haven\'t mentioned them to Wade or Dr C yet. I\'m waiting on some money for another full round and at that time I\'ll discuss all of this with them however everyone\'s thoughts here regarding this would be much appreciated.

It\'s really hard to explain this typing and not physically showing and manipulating my penis to point out what I\'m trying to say, so I apologize for that.

I just had it done. Was fantastic. I can see that you don\'t want to use a pump. It will create more swelling but you want the swelling to go down so you know where the product is and what needs to be moved around. All the good things you hear about the staff are totally true. Was an easy experience for what was happening

I\'m going for my first PMMA session on 7/24/14 with dr c and was thinking the same thing. Holding a light pump just to keep everything place where you want it to be without actually touching it and possibly causing lumps or gaps. It also seems like the ridge close to the glands is caused by retraction while everything is settling. So if you could hold a \"semi\" while things are healing it seems like you would heal more evenly.

I\'ve been reading a lot and have not been able to find anything about the actual feel of your shaft after PMMA. Does it still feel natural to the touch? Does the PMMA adhere to the shaft or is it just like a layer of gel under the skin similar to what you get after a strong pump session? If anyone knows of a link where a person explains the actual feel of it afterwards I.d appreciate it. Everything I see mostly focuses on the look.

Use of a vacuum Erection device immediately postoperative is a horrible idea. I\'ve updated my PR with info that you may find beneficial in achieving desired aesthetic outcome. The optional traction device, ESL40, will prevent retraction during the critical healing phase (first 48 hours).

@Sizemic - I have never pumped before and I may not fully understand how much pressure it takes just to keep it from retracting. It just seemed logical that as long as you were only using enough pressure to keep from retracting, you would be fine. Anyways thanks for the discussion about it because I will have to deal with retraction if I move forward with this.

The inside of your penis is healing during the first week after a procedure. Just because the entry holes close up doesnt mean the channels that Dr. C has created with the cannula carving around under the skin have healed. IMHO pumping in the first week after is a bad idea.
