Hi Guy\'s,I would like to say THANK YOU to both Olafspo and Smartman for all the research they have done re Dr Nemckova and Metacrill in Europe,thank God for PhalloBoards.I will be flying to Prague tomorrow and will be following all of Smartmans directions if I go through with the procedure,particularly re injection points and amount of product used.Once again THANK YOU and hey Olafspo see you in Prague this is one helluva journey and all of us are true pioneers I will report back as as possible

I had between 25-30 cc\'s in each round ---> I am sure between 55-60 cc\'s in total.
So the 2 rounds were for more Girth and I didn\'t go for my touch-ups. It doesn\'t feel smooth (mildly rough) when I dig my finger in between the thick collagen strands I can feel the small irregularities but there are no lumps on the outer surface and the skin cover the whole mild roughness, no girls had thought I had something done to my penis only they tell me you have a very thick penis.

Thanks for the nice words, I really do like helping all of you and I am learning more information everyday from all of you.
Don\'t worry there will be no amputation of your penis loooool, never will happen the only thing you get worried is if she use a sharp needle and injecting PMMA during the insertion of the needle, it should be done only when she pulls the needle (the risk of skin Necrosis or emboli if she injects PMMA into a blood vessel) but she mentioned she use a micro-cannula so don\'t worry.
Try to ask her to inject 20 cc\'s and not less esp. in the 1st round if your aim is more Girth than average.

Good luck with your Metacrill 30% journey ---> you will like it, don\'t forget massaging any small irregulaities or lumps if they occur as early as possible (esp. during stretched Flaccid penis e.g. with extender or during Erection) and ask her if you should wrap your penis during sleep ??

If she is going to inject 10-15 cc\'s only in each round with the exception of the 3rd round it will be only for a touch-up , I think her aim (like what Dr.Samy wanted) is to increase your Flaccid diam. to around 4 cm only.
In my case my Flaccid diam. before my PMMA was only 3 cm and after my 1st round (25-30 cc\'s) I was (sure it was above 4 cm) around 4.2 cm in diam. , and in the next round My Flaccid diam. is now 5-5.2 cm. (BTW after the 1st round my gf wanted me to go for the 2nd round and to get around the same volume esp. she was relieved that I had no serious complications from the 1st round .
So you are going to get in total (3 rounds) between 25-35 cc\'s ---> so the end gain will be between 1-1.25 cm in Flaccid diam. .
It looks to me if you have an average FL ( lets say 3.5\"- 4\") each 13-15 cc\'s of 30% Metacrill may give you 0.5 cm increase in Flaccid diam.

Can you ask her in the 3rd round (esp. if it is only for minor touch-up) which conc. would she use ???

I would like to know why doesn\'t she inject PMMA in the area ( around 1 cm) behind the glans ?? (Does she have any explanation for that ??)
I know there could be 3 explanations for that but she could have another explanation :-
1- The possibility of skin Necrosis in this area is higher than in the shaft ( due to the compression of the beads on the small vessels (in a tight space) feeding the thin skin above it (even with a blunt micro-cannula) or if she uses a sharp needle in this area can cause implantation of the beads directly into these vessels. This was the explanation of Dr. Samy that time to me .
2- The possibility of nodules and small lumps is increased if PMMA injected under thin skin (and Kenalog injection in this area can cause skin Atrophy because the skin is so thin in this area).
3- Or due to the anatomy of this area is different than of the shaft.

When you say \"false application\" do you mean bad technique or a material that isn\'t really PMMA?

Hey guy\'s what can i say i am exhausted so this is a brief summary.Dr Nemckova was a very friendly,honest and sincere person as well.The language was a little problem but we got along fine.
From what smartman has said her approach was exactly to the letter of Dr Passy and she went in from the base there absolutely no pain.She was reluctant but in the end I got 20cc of 30% metacrill put on a extender after anx nowafter a short flight heading home.Thanks Olafspo for being a cool guy tlk tmrrw one last thing there is swelling no bruiding and it looks REAL GOOD

Woohoo! Viable options for PMMA Penile Bioplasty augmentation in Europe is truly excellent news! This new doc will still face considerable scrutiny in the short & long term, but any prospective practitioners should be good news for those contemplating this procedure in Europe.
