TOPIC: Filler of choice (help needed!)

I feel like I'm close to taking the plunge and getting a filler treatment in Europe (likely Androfill, but please let me know of other options)

I'm below average Girth but am not looking to be huge — I'd take quality treatment/results over massive gains.

I appreciate there's a lot of different experiences and opinions out there but wondered if you had the choice of absolutely any HA filler or Ellanse, which would it be?

We always recommend starting out with HA to get where you want to be and then switching to a permanent filler (or semi-permanent like Ellanse) if you like your results. Starting out with HA means not being stuck with something you end up not liking. Hope that helps!

If you are unsure about where to go and what to get etc etc. try an HA with a GOOD doc, and see how you like the size etc. if you end up using it a lot and wearing it off quicker - then that means your having a lot fun.
Plus, it will help stretch the skin a bit some and will realistically allow for a better permanent filler round.

Hey Tstevens! Wish you good luck. Hope everything goes smoothly. I am also getting very close to doing filler. I finally want thicker Dick. I am also in Europe so I assume Androfill is our only choice here. From what I have research Dr Horn and Greta are pretty good so the procedure should be safe and done well. Maybe others can chime in who were at Androfill.

Would you keep us updated how it goes?

Thank you, that does help! With HA are you basically paying for firmness & longevity? I assume that the relationship between HA volume and gains is pretty much the same regardless?

Also, would I need to fully dissolve the HA if I wanted to move to Ellanse in the future?

I'm not sure what you mean by your first question. How much volume you get from HA is going to depend mostly on your current length and girth, as well as your injector and their technique. I've posted it elsewhere here and it's in a couple different places on this site, but we have a calculator you can play around with that tells you how much bigger you'll get with either HA or PMMA. No, you shouldn't have to have the HA dissolved before switching but that's really going to be up to your provider to decide if they're comfortable adding the Ellanse to the HA. But no, that shouldn't cause any problems.

Thanks for the clarification. Honestly, the cost of the filler itself depends on a lot of factors and that would be a better question for the filler manufacturer. The total price of having penile filler done adds a lot of other factors like who the injector is and how much training they have, whether they're board certified, etc, as well as how much overhead the clinic has, whether they have a surgical center, are they a medical practice or an injector in a strip mall somewhere, etc.

One more question: Are gains typically greater in the Flaccid state rather than Erect? For the purpose of illustration, say the filler gives gains of an Inch when Flaccid, as length increases when Erect, does that filler then get distributed over a bigger area, to say give gains of .75/0.5 Inch?

Unfortunately, there's no real formula or anything for that since every man's body is different. While one man might see a half Inch increase in Erect Girth, another man with the same size visible penis might only see a quarter Inch increase in Erect Girth and another man might see no real gains in Erect Girth at all. It all just depends on your individual anatomy and body habitus I'm afraid.

So an update from my treatment...

...after around 10 years of considering whether to go ahead with treatment, I finally decided to go for Androfill in London.

After discussion, I agreed to have 15ml of the Androfill HA product. As I'm definitely below average with regards to Girth, so was hoping to see some noticeable gains. Once the initial swelling subsided, I would say that my Dick is only slightly bigger when Flaccid, but does hang better. When Erect, it feels and looks bigger which is great - I'd say, I've gained around 1/2 Inch and will take some measurements soon. Whilst it's not painful, it does feel like there is a bit more pressure in my Dick - as I'm uncircumcised, this may be as the Foreskin now doesn't retract fully when Erect. I would imagine the skin will adapt/some filler will be lost over time.

In terms of the look and feel - both are fairly natural and I'd be surprised if someone was able to tell. My Dick now tapers towards the head, so if I had money to burn, I may consider getting additional filler for there, but it's not a priority. I am a little disappointed that it doesn't look bigger when Flaccid but for now I don't think I'll be getting any more filler and am not sure it would look natural when Erect. I'll wait and see if time how the filler behaves and if it doesn't break the bank, would be open to having a top-up in 12/18 months time.
