TOPIC: Underside injections

Yea, I'm only going by my own personal experiences after 6 rounds of Bellafil with Dr. Carney and then Dr. Shafer. They went about 270 degrees around and did not specfically do the underside. I only know Dr. Shafer's explanation. Probably any additional risk at all isn't worth it. But I'm only relating my personal experience. Definitely I leave the opinions and expert advice to the docs!! Great video from Dr. R. BTW!

@Dbrphallo There is more than one post where @Rejuvall says that they also do the 360 - all around the shaft. The one I posted is even only an example. Maybe this all is in relation how much space some one has. (?)

You are correct. If there's not enough room to also inject the underside without risk of damage, Dr. Carney won't do the underside. Everyone's anatomy and body habitus is different, and he takes that into account in his work. Also why one of our mottos is that there's no one size fits all solution when it comes to cosmetic urology. I hope that helps!

No. Botox can improve Erection quality, but it cannot increase the volume of filler you're able to get. You could do a non-surgical enlargement protocol prior to filler such as our MAXL program, or P-Long, to stretch the skin and increase available surface area, but Botox isn't going to make a difference in terms of being able to fit more filler in there.

The Botox can help with contraction, however it would have no effect on how the filler settles.

What do you mean vertical Girth? And does the underside gain as much as the top side?

I gained about .6 - .7” from syringes in my first appointment. Going in for round 2 in 10 days and was wondering if I should do 15 on top and 10 on bottom or just do 20 more on top. Hoping to gain around .75 - 1” this time around.
