TOPIC: Newbie looking for opinions from experienced patients

Newbie looking for opinions from experienced patients 4 years 3 months ago #1308699426

Hi everyone...this is Jason from miami. Im a 48 year old guy with a small dick looking for the possiblity of enhancement. Im about 5.7 inches long erect and about 3.7 inches in girth erect as well. Obviously, girth is what I waould like to address mostly as that is where I fall very short (been called a needle dick a few times..:)). So I wanted to know what is in your opinion the best method for getting my girth enhanced permanently with the lowes amount of risk in terms of complications, reductions, lumpiness etc. I have been reading a lot about PMMA and Rejuvall; any idea which one is better? Is there a better option out there??...O, btw, I am circumcized.
Thanks Jason

Jason,

There is a TON of information on this site, and the 2.0 PhalloBoards site. Grab a bowl of popcorn and pull up to the laptop and start reading.

For fillers the only things I would look at are

Permanent: PMMA
Long Lasting: Ellanse

There is also HA, but there have been reports of "squishy" feeling dicks.

I had Ellanse done a month ago at Dr. C's office. It's 5+ year filler that also stimulated your own collagen growth, and you can expect to gain .50 to.75 inches in Girth, depending on how much product is put in, and your particular situation. Your length isn't bad. Right on average or slightly above. The Girth is obviously lower, BUT that's the good news. Lots of Girth options.

Good luck in whatever you choose.

You sound like a prime candidate for either of the fillers. You can do two or three rounds and end up around 5" Girth, putting you right in the normal range.

A lot of patient experiences can be found in the Progress Reports section of the forum; remember that not all members login daily so a request like this won't be enough to get the big picture. Like dstern22 suggested, grab a hot tea and spend sometime reading for a bit. Good luck.

Hey Jason.
I"m also in South Florida (West Palm). I"m 39. My length is on average with yours - haven't measured my girth in a while but its likely the lower average range. Also looking at options. Right now I don't see any reputable doctors in South Florida - if they were they should be on this forum - closest i see is Morganstan in Atlanta.

I haven't heard anything good on forums.
From what I know he uses a combination of fillers one of which includes silicon - which isn't good. Anything silicon isn't good.

You mean the former hair restoration specialist & nutritionist who starts pumping dicks full of silicone oil and pretends to be a world-class Phalloplasty expert? I'm not sure what to tell ya.

PhalloBoards is a No-Silicone-Zone. Silicone for cosmetic use in the penis in ANY iteration is unanimously advised against by all the actual Phalloplasty experts.

Dr. Loria is a D.O. whose website once stated (maybe it still does ?) he's a cosmetic surgeon, which should be actionable by Florida's Board of Medicine. He has no formal training in Plastic Surgery, let alone Urology or Dermatology, and has jumped the Phalloplasty band-wagon for cash's sake. Silicone injections historically have amazing post-op results aesthetically, which is why he might be popular with some, but silicone also has the worse kind of complications if & when they do arise.

Not worth it.

Only going to disagree with you on one point. A D.O. is just as good a qualification as an M.D. My brother is actually a D.O. surgeon. All the same training, except with the addition of this spinal manipulation thing that most of them never use. A little less prestige, perhaps.

You're right, but given that he's called himself a cosmetic surgeon on his own website, I'd like to make clear his actual title & designation(s); pardon me if it came off as belittling to D.O.s, that wasn't the intent. I actually have a cousin who is a D.O. and he does well for himself.

Hi Jason,

Whilst I am not an experienced patient, I perform a lot of filler Phalloplasty here in Sydney Australia. You seem to be the textbook candidate for filler from a measurement point of view.

I would caution you against permanent options. Complications with this procedure are uncommon, but if they occur with permanent options it can be a real problem.

Ellansé seems to be one of the better options for guys wanting long lasting results. They are typically lasting 3-5 years +. Using it for roughly 2 years now with super impressive results. Worth while looking into.

Kindest,

Josh
