Hey josh would you recommend HA or Ellanse ? And can you get good results with patients on Circumcised ?

The question on whether to go with HA or Ellansé depends on a few factors:

- Reversibility: HA can be reversed if required making it arguably a safer option from an aesthetic and medical perspective
- Cost: At our clinics there is a 50% surcharge on Ellansé, owing to it’s extra degree of risk (irreversible) and the base cost of the product
- Feel: my experience is that Ellansé more closely mimics the characteristic feel of the shaft, HA may feel slightly softer than your pre procedure penis feel
- Longevity: In my experience Ellansé lasts at least twice as long as HA
- Underlying medical conditions: this is on a case by case basis

I feel we get great results regardless of whether you are Circumcised or not. In regards to it’s final cosmetic appearance, I feel performing the procedure on uncircumcised men requires a greater degree of difficulty and attention to detail.

I am uncircumcised and was looking into getting Ellanse could you get good results with that ? Will it look with Foreskin retracted ?

I have performed many Ellansé treatments in patients that are uncircumcised with great results, both when Erect and Flaccid.

Our clinic seems to have nothing but positive feedback in regards to the size, feel and look of the penis post Ellansé in both Circumcised and uncircumcised patients.

My method doesn’t seem to cause issues when the Foreskin is retracted. Care needs to be taken when placing filler around that part of the penis not to overfill. I find it a real mix of art and science in that area.

Its around 7K USD and 6K EUR, way more expensive than other clinics such as Androfill and Dr C.

I agree, it certainly is expensive at $10,000 AUD ($7100 USD). I suspect our higher pricing as compared with Europe and the United States is owed to our local distributors of Ellansé, who undoubtedly have placed a handsome markup on the base price of the product.

Contour Clinics prices are quite cheap for 15ml of Ellansé in Sydney as compared with our fellow Phalloplasty colleagues in Australia.

Curious if any of the posters on this topic know if anyone in the US can do this kind of work - regardless of cost. I'm uncircumsized and that's a hoop I"m jumping thru now before I can have any kind of enhancement done.
