Yeah you gotta wait. They can't touch anything up until you've formed collagen/matrix. Then they'll know where to touch up. With PMMA the minimum time between sessions is 6 weeks (suggested 3 months). I'd assume it's the same for Ellanse because they function the same way.

I’m in the U.S and I just received the email this morning that my appointment is postponed until at least April 20th. I’m sure that can change as the corona situation evolves. I don’t know when I’ll be able to reschedule it is a pain to get time off but given the situation it is best to figure it out for a later date.

Alright rescheduled for the 30th. Sounds like travel to and from Mexico is ok for US citizens based on other people’s post. I am excited and nervous hopefully this covid thing doesn’t have an increase that restricts travel.

I arrive in San Diego on the 28th and had the option to have Dr. Morales do the procedure on the 29th but I don’t see too many post about Dr. Morales compared to Dr. Casavantes. It sucks to be there and have to wait but I wasn’t comfortable changing doctors. It does suck that I’ll only have 1 day there now but they said Ian would see me later in the afternoon and again in the morning my flight doesn’t leave until 5:40 pm. I do have 6 days off after I get back so I should have adequate time to do after care, just need an excuse to break away from the family every so often too massage.

Does alcohol have a negative impact on the healing process, 4th of July is shortly after the procedure and I usually participate in a neighborhood event.

I had Dr Morales (and Dr C in the room) during my first procedure and they're both great from my experience. Congrats on your appointment and stay safe!

Making wonder if I should try to change the appointment for the Monday with Dr. Morales so I could have both Tuesday and Wednesday for possible follow ups if needed.

You may want to. I think she has a lot of experience as well. I was very excited when Dr. C brought her into my appointment. That extra set of eyes definitely put me at ease.

Decided to change the appointment to Monday the 29th with Dr. Morales. I figured the benefits of having additional days of aftercare were important and I didn’t want to waste Sunday evening and Monday wandering around San Diego.

Any other tips I need before going? I am planning on using whatever extending device is provided by Avanti, using warm compress to heat up prior to massaging. I don’t have any sleeves which seem like they might be good to have for elongation after the procedure. I’ll stay at the grand hotel Sun-Wed don’t really plan I’m doing anything other than resting and massaging.

you need to have a stretcher for after care. Dont jsut depending on What They Might Give You. Be proactive. even if it is a noose stretcher ( because esl's are hard to come by ). the noose would at least attach right behind the glans and not effect the material. you may have to adjust it frequently , but using it is better than nothing.

Let me rephrase. By stretcher I do not mean an X4 or rod type stretcher as a general rule. However, if you can keep it off you shaft completely or use it modified then go for it. but i also doubt you will be walking around in public with that on. anyway, Just don't fuck with your shaft at all. Get a device or contraption that does NOT contact the shaft and still keeps you extended and allows you to move around freely. Staying extended was key for me. Ask the doc their opinion on when you can use other devices and go from there .

I agree. I brought a penimaster with me thinking I would use it (with the rods) but my pubic area was quite sore afterward and I wouldnt have been able to fit through the base with all of the swelling. The one they give you us fine. I found that you could use it upward if you wrapped it around your abdomen. That way I could switch it up between down on the leg and up on the abdomen .

So been looking for a noose style weight, what I’m finding are things that look similar to an adjustable Cock ring/lasso but at the end there is a weighted ball. How heavy should this ball be I’ve never done any Hanging. Would something like 6 oz be ok in terms of applying enough to keep me extended but no necessarily stretching? Or should I be looking for a heavier weight? Don’t want to screw up the after care. Thanks.

Can you tell us which extender / stretcher you brought with you and used post injection?

Sorry to hijack your thread but I had the 12ml of Ellanse this past Wednesday. I definitely recommend you staying the few extra days for proper massage and post care. They gave me the noose style with weighted ball I use that as much as possible. I have a quick extender pro that is significantly more comfortable. I was wondering when I could start using it and my lg Hanger again.
