I want to be Circumcised in order to get a second session. What is the best Circumcision to have where I keep most of my nerves and sensitivity but will also work with the 2nd PMMA session? Who would be the best doctor to see for the Circumcision with experience with PMMA. I have read about Dr Kenneth J Carney. Any other recommendations and where are these doctors located? You probably already know this from your research, but Dr. Carney performs adult circumcision in a way that leaves a little extra skin so you can get bigger/better results from filler afterwards, as well as leaving everything intact so there's no impact on function or sensitivity. I was before loose Circumcised. After he gave me a tight cut - my PMMA did not move around so much anymore. This was a very positive effect and the reason why I did this Circumcision Revision.
