TOPIC: Penoscrotal correction with revision to Coloplast Implant

Here's my journal to what is now my 3rd IPP surgery.

Revision Oct 18th
18 cm Coloplast Titan Genesis replaced due to improper installation. Main issue was tubing from the pump going into the cylinder was placed to far distal..essentially midshaft. This created a scrotalwebbing prominence. Functionality, it created a "block" that caused my gf pain with penetration. There was also a large ridge at the base.

Not sure you can see from pics but so far it feels a vast improvement... if I can regain more shaft, I'm going to AD to regain my Girth.

After 2nd surgery Nov '23

MidEG 4.5 "

After 3rd Oct '24 now 5 days post op
BPEL not allowed to fully inflate yet

Shaft and appearance is much more appeasing to me...

OK I'm confused.....what did u do ....like ger rid of the scrotum webbing? Does that make your penis longer or what. Don't mean to sound daum

Haha, well yes, i got the webbing removed when the Doc replaced and corrected the implant tubing
