TOPIC: P-Shot-100

I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on the potential benefits of PRP and stumbled across this being combined with Bocox. I have an appointment today for a P-Shot with 100 units of Botox. I like that the provider is registered with “Priapus Shot” and The Cellular Medicine Association so that there is some standardization on the process.

I was looking for feedback on expectations on the outcome. First, I am 50 years old and experiencing my age impact on my sex life. I have no problem achieving an Erection and can have sex…it just doesn’t seem as strong as it used to be. Also seems like I have lost sensitivity sometimes and almost numb and lacking pleasure. I can achieve orgasim, but now often times not with penetrating sex and the orgasim sometimes feels weak.

As for size and appearance…I’m okay. Very much a Grower. I’m about 2 inches Flaccid and 5 1/2 Erect. I’ve had two previous procedures to help with my appearance and I think it has been an improvement. I’ve had penoscrotal webbing surgery which removed a lot of excess skin and had Mons pubis liposuction which really helped appearance and apparent size…I think both were a success.

Looking for feedback on P-Shot-100 expectations. My priorities are 1) safety…which all research I could find shows it is very safe with little probability for complications. 2) improve sensitivity…this is my main goal. 3) Reduce retraction when not Erect (Bocox) 4) Size increases…would be a bonus, but not my overall goal.

I will have the P-Shot with 100 units of Bocox today followed by two more P-Shots at 6 week intervals. I understand that the Bocox is only a temporary solution and that it would be needed to be repeated every 6 to 12 months. Depending on the results and how the process goes this is a possibility for me. As far as the PRP, I’m hoping for some more permanent improvements to sensitivity. I do plan to follow the pumping protocol and would consider an annual follow up P-Shot with the Bocox…again depending on the results.

Are there anyone with experience with this procedure that can give any advice on how it went and also thoughts on my expectations.

I had the P-Shot today with the Bocox. First had a good conversation with the Urologist who listened to my situation and provided his recommendations. He agreed the a series of 3 P-shots would be a good path forward. He also agreed that the P-Shots would have a good chance to improve my sensitivity, firmness, but size gains are only a small possibility…could happen, but should not be my focus.

He also agreed with the Bocox and prescribed 50mg Cialis to be taken daily over 13 weeks all to focus on increasing blood flow for the P-Shot to work. He also told me to start taking 4000 mg of L-Arginine to increase nitric oxide also to increase blood flow. Bottom line….more blood flow early and often will provide the best chance for improvement using the PRP. I am also following the pumping requirements and pumped as soon as I got home.

The P-Shot itself was no big deal…drew some blood, numbed my member, 5 shots that were only a small pinch feeling for a split second. Maybe a 2 out of 10 for pain. The shot in the head was the most uncomfortable, but tolerated just fine.

I don’t expect results for a few days or weeks…hopeful for improvement.

I’m now 1 week in from the P-Shot-100 and starting to see some changes. I now definitely hang lower/longer when Flaccid and have rock solid erections. No improvement to sensitivity, but everything I’ve read and the Urologist said that this would improve after a few weeks. I suspect the improvement to my erections is from the Cialis and L-Arginine. I’ve stopped taking the 5mg of Cialis because I just didn’t feel well with it. I’d feel achy with muscle aches for no reason and I had a sense of mild anxiety. So now that I’ve stop taking it I feel better. I’m still hopeful sensitivity will improve in a couple weeks or after my next P-Shot.
