TOPIC: Ellansé girth enhancement and penis extender

Hi there, I wanted to ask some information about penis enhancement and the procedures I’m more looking forward to. I think for Ellansé the best Doctor could be probably Dr.Oates, but he used to work just in Australia and I’m European. I never had any procedure but I would like to have the best result possible in shape and firmness and I think Ellansé could probably be the best choice. I’m 6 (15/15,2cm) inches lenght and 4,5/4,6 (11,5/12cm) Girth, I would also like to use a penis extender to improve my lenght. Would you suggest to use the extender before or after Ellansé? Which kind of extender would you suggest? Last but not least, for those Who had experience or great knowledge, would you suggest Ellansé? I don’t know what you think about my size, but i really suffer it, especially in Girth

Ellansé is like the PMMA-Junior, it isn't permanent but lasts much longer than originally anticipated - the manufacturer first slated these for 2-3 years but some patients are reporting 4-5 years+.

As for extenders, if this is something you intend on committing to, then I don't see why not sticking to a stretching regimen before AND after the procedure. I would also consult with your performing physician regarding this matter to be sure.

Dr. Oates is an excellent option, if you have the means and don't mind traveling, certainly go to him. However if it's more practical to remain in Europe, then Androfill (U.K.) is without a doubt the only Ellansé practice I'd recommend. There are a handful of other Clinics which I'm sure are great in the area but none are as experienced with Ellansé in the penis as Androfill .

I don’t know if an extender could make Ellansé take weird or wrong position, so my idea was that probably it would have been better to use it first, but that’s just my fear. Am I right to consider it quite safe also? I’ve seen mostly positive comment in Ellansé and I have even some relatives doctors (beautician/surgeons) that could help me with the post.

If you do contact Dr. Oates, can you please ask why his clinic does not seem to do Ligamentolysis? I am very curious why it is not listed on their website.
