Hi Dr. Rupeka.

I am just in the research process at the moment. I do wonder though what your experience is when it comes to patients achieving their Girth goals. Is there a limiting factor between what patients want to achieve and what they are able to achieve? Is this disparity, if there is any, predictable based on your experience?

In my case, I have a picture of my Erect self and have sketched on the picture the Girth that I feel would keep the aesthetic I am after. Is this a pretty common practice? Does the penis react predictably enough that it can be enhanced as ordered or are there instances where results can vary wildly? Could a picture of my penis sketched up to a specific aesthetic Girth goal be pretty achievable or are results more of a ball park result?

Hey man, I think that there are different factors that affect the gains from PMMA. Your tissue elasticity, your health, aftercare, etc. You have to just remember that 1cc or 1ml of volume isn’t that much… 5ml is a teaspoon, 15ml is a tablespoon, etc. If you took that volume of fluid and spread it over the surface area of a penis, it really wouldn’t go that far. I tagged you on my post that I made about Girth estimations. Again, these are just estimations based on my experience, but it is a great place to start.

Wishing you all the best!
Jason

That's amazing. Thank you for the reply. In truth, I'm thinking of the consistency of the result. Aside from the expected expansion. Is it consistent? Given the same volume (however much is chosen) of PMMA placed equally along the full length, will the growth be equal down the entire length? If this is the case, its just a matter of keeping the shape and not overshooting the mark.
