TOPIC: Rupeka Round 2 12ml Bellafill 8/11/2026

So I bit the bullet and had round two done yesterday with 15 syringes of Bellafill . Things are a bit different than round 1, I bruised a little more and had rapid swelling on one side before I even left the office. As usual, Rupeka was an excellent conversationist to keep my mind occupied. Things are still a little lumpy on that one side 24hrs later. I’ll give it a few days before posting any pictures.

Hoping the 12 ml might reactivate some of the growth potential from round 1 by reexposing the previously encapsulated PMMA. I’d like to get to 5.6 - 5.75” MSEG with this round.

So it’s been three days now. I forgot to mention that after round 1 I had a small Nodule on the top side at the injection point. During round two he injected it with some steroid and it appears to be gone now. I’m gonna keep paying special attention to that area and massaging it in well. The swelling that started at the office left a pretty good bruise on the left side, but that is starting to fade now. Don’t seem to be having the circ scar swelling that I had with round 1 yet. Currently still swollen some with 6.25”BEG and 5.75” MSEG. I’d love if it stayed here, but I know that’s only temporary. Final goal is still around 5.75” as anything bigger would look weird at my 6.5” length.

It’s been 4.5 days and things are changing. MSEG is at 6” at the moment, which as suspected looks a little funny. The left side is still a little more swollen than the right, so it’s hard to tell how symmetrical things are underneath. There seems to be a band of tight skin at the base where it narrows slightly. I’m taking a very hot bath and fire rolling at least 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes. Also using thumb to try to flatten out small bumps. I usually get a good rolling session in front of my computer 1-2 times a day as well. It looks presentable after rolling, but lopsided after being in the urowrap. Erections are pretty strong all night, probably due to taking 40mg of Viagra in the evening to keep it from Turtling. All in all, it seems to be progressing roughly the same as last time, only 1/4” bigger on the measurements.

Five days post. Still coming out of urowrap very lopsided and with a noticeable shelf at the circ scar. A few minutes of Erect massaging and it looks pretty good. Hopefully it’s just edema. Took a picture today at 6” Girth with the tape measure for posterity. That’s bigger than I wanted, but round 1 swelling was 5.75 and it went down to 5.25”. I’d be ecstatic if this stayed around 5.6” to 5.75” when all is said and done. The part of me with the shit eating grin on my face really wants to put this temp Girth to work, but I plan on waiting till Friday just to be safe. That would be 11 days post op.

So now that it’s been a full week now and I’ve noticed something interesting. The top left was swollen even at the appointment and has remained consistently larger than the right side (my view). The skin there feels like the area where I had my previous Nodule. The skin itself is very thick and seems to be attached to the PMMA underneath whereas everywhere else the skin is thin and can be pinched/moved around. The previous Nodule was right over an entry point, and Rupeka figured maybe some just leaked through the hole in the facia during round 1. This one is over an Inch from the entry point so I’m kind of curious how I ended up with subdermal PMMA there. It’s a fairly large area that it covers. Doesn’t hurt and isn’t blatantly obvious to the eye. Anyone else see something like this?

@EngrMike when was your low point after rd 1? I’m just a day shy of 2 weeks post op and it seems all the gains dropped off a cliff, haven’t measured yet today but appears back to my baseline girth prior to Bellafill.

I never had a low point so much as an end result. It slowly dropped off over 2-4 weeks until it settled at 1/4” gain and then didn’t change for four month. Some people have seen growth at 4-6 months, no idea if that would have happened to me. 1/4” gain is what Rupeka predicted for my length, but it was a little disappointing. Hoping round 2 does better.

@gmd123 , confirm you also went to Rupeka? If so many syringes/ccs did you take? Confirm if you are circumcised or uncircumcised etc

Yes I got 40 syringes @Knowledge_seeker and am circumcised.

@EngrMike interesting. It seems like I have a real big area and then the rest is just leveled out aside from the circumcision scar. Post op was about .4 gain but just off appearance it looks like it did drop and I have not measured hard since. Hopefully I’ll end up with .5-.7 gain when all said and done just kinda disappointing with that much product and by no means an I large in length. 7.25BP. NBP 6.5. lol that’s .75 change. I think NBP is a more accurate measure tbh.

You say .75” length isn’t a big difference, but I’d disagree. That takes it from 93.2% to 99.5% in terms of the distribution. I’d give my left nut for an extra .75” length, damn thing isn’t doing anything away. TRT shrunk them down severely. Take though. A lot of people see gains between 3-6 months. It would be funny if I shrunk back to 5.5” girth for a few months, got discouraged and then grew to over 6” girth after that. My wife wouldn’t know what the heck happened. She knows I got the shots, but it just creeping up slowly while she’s wondering why she’s orgasming so quickly. Let a man have his dreams.
