Then when I woke up I had erections for the first time this was about right at 48 hours post op. I was happy seeing it Erect for the first time, it’s huge, I had saw it this big before when it was the first few hours after the procedure when I was 8 inches Flaccid Girth but this is Erect and able to penetrate, so it’s a much different feeling. Some of the pictures are just slightly Erect not fully, but you can see which ones are nearly fully Erect and which ones are just a semi.

A lot of dudes here take ED meds after their procedures but i don’t know if it’s really recommended. Avanti for sure does not say to take anything for blood flow. Maybe ask them before taking any more. I’m not a doctor but seems like if swelling is an issue the last thing you want is more blood flowing to the area.

Yeah I had asked her and she said what you said to not take too much because it’ll exacerbate the swelling but she said to take a very small amount because it can help with retraction. So I cut a regular Cialis into three.

Here are some screenshots from a video at the 48 hour mark, the gains are just insane, obviously a lot of this is swelling still.

Now I’m slightly over 72 hours post op/day 4, swelling is down a lot, but goes up again every time I hang. Dr Morales said we want the tissue to heal so recommended to stop Hanging and start wrapping because this will also keep the penis elongated.

96 hours post op/day 5, swelling is going down every day every hour, so it’s starting to look much more natural but like man im starting to miss some of that size from a cartoonishly big 8 Inch Flaccid Girth to maybe 5.5 Flaccid Girth and probably will go down some more then maybe back up once collagen production starts. Those little Balls underneath the shaft are shrinking too. I never had bleeding or oozing from entry points like I’ve seen other state. The bruising was never crazy either, red yes but a bright red.

I’m really worried about after care, I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right, please give me tips to massage if you can.

Yeah for the first few days I was like I hope this goes down, I don’t know how I can fit this thing in a normal person’s vagina. Now that swelling is down it’s like okay this is manageable. Maybe more rounds in my future, they also offer the utmost restore which gives you 10 million stem cells, this is obviously very good for getting rid of any plaque on your penis and restoring and adding blood vessels through angiogenesis and I’m sure a host of other things but a guy recently on here said he did in his 3rd round stem cells and his gains were much more significant than in his first two rounds.

I do want to nitpick though, I inquired about this procedure through Avanti about 9 months ago, I got sent the brochure and was told the base package is 3800 dollars but when I inquired recently to schedule this procedure, base package was gone and signature was now the lowest tier package at 4400 which includes prp and red light therapy, I would’ve preferred to save the 600 for my first procedure but oh well. There are two higher package utmost and utmost resort which are 5000 and 6200 USD I believe first one includes HA for the glans, phallotox and scrotox second one includes all of that plus stem cells, I would be interested in a future procedure getting one of those. The stem cells really intrigue me too, I believe a guy on here got that package for his third round and his gains were much more significant than in his first two rounds.

This is insane, the Girth is absurd, the weight is great. I can’t imagine doing so many more rounds. During my procedure I told dr Morales I saw some people on here with as many 7 procedures, she said there’s people who have gotten 8 there! That’s insane! I’m over an Inch of Girth from one procedure so 8 is just insane. That’s gotta be close to 140 CC give or take I’m assuming.

For sex functionality, I’m reaching the upper limit I think, but the weight of the filler is good for preventing traction and having a heavier Flaccid. Having a heavy Flaccid is such a good feeling. Will keep you guys updated through the next few weeks as the filler settles and integrates.

I disagree completely. It’s not seen as taboo, women get breast implants, BBLs and vaginal tightening along with dozens of other cosmetic procedures. This can become mainstream, there are billions of men who are insecure about their size.

I’m sure there is also tons of plastic surgeons and urologists who have never seen such cases in person. Or others who feel like they could refine and better the technique too. All medical procedures have risk to them, even something as simple as laser hair Removal. This is a simple procedure, in the office for about an hour, get numbed, get the filler placed, bandage up then you go home.

This is significantly less dangerous than cosmetic limb lengthening which is much more popular. I would say this at the minimum has the ability to easily 1000x in popularity within the coming years. The providers need to spend more on advertising. Nobody knows anything about this. The biggest advertisement for penile filler was the thing about the Olympics this year.

I don’t know what the number of people who got PMMA injected into their penis, is it maybe 10,000? 20,000 in the entire world? I say that can easily 100x to 2 million or 1000x to 20 million which is still a fraction of how many men there are on the planet and how many struggle with size insecurities. 4 billion men in the world, 2 billion with below average penis, a lot of guys who are bigger also struggle with insecurities and feeling inadequate. This procedure can become absolutely huge.

The problem is this forum needs to become much more active and lively, I think someone yesterday recommended text notifications because they completely forgot about this site after having a good procedure. It’s true, you get the procedure done, feel good and might just forget about the site. I luckily stumbled upon this place last year otherwise I would’ve never known about it and I’m so lucky and glad that I did.
