It’s been a long time, and I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to reading my intro thread with tears in my eyes. I’m still with my wife, and our sex life is SO much different now that it’s hard to believe how bad it was. The memory of that time was pretty painful to revisit, but it just made me appreciate my progress even more.

So, I’ve doubled the size of my dick since that intro post (by volume). Here’s what I did, with measurements listed as BPEL/MSEG in inches:

Before: 6.25/4.9
Manual PE (12 months) - mainly just air pumping: 7/5.125
PMMA #1 in 2018: 7/5.5
PMMA #2 in 2020: 7/5.9
PMMA #3 in 2025 with 100mm IV stem cell: 7/7

The results from my third PMMA visit are still pretty shocking to me. The only thing I can attribute it to is the IV stem cells that I got 2 days after the procedure. They were at CPI right across town from Avanti-Derma; I was having some hip and knee issues so I figured I’d hit AD one more time since I was in the area, so it was really just a coincidence.

Aesthetically, I am thrilled but I can see how some guys might be upset. My dick curves slightly to the right, so a larger proportion of the PMMA ended up on the left side, leaving me somewhat lopsided. It definitely doesn’t look natural, but I also don’t think it’s realistic to expect a natural appearance when you add 2” girth to your cock, so the imperfections don’t bother me at all.

I basically have a foreskin now when flaccid (FL/FG are 5.25/6.25). I almost never turtle up now, even when coming out of the cold plunge. But if I do it looks really goofy, like a ball of dick.

There are some bumps and lumps but nothing visually obvious. When erect they’re not noticeable.

Sex-wise, as I said in my intro thread, my wife is a bit of a size queen after 4 vaginal deliveries (we had our 4th a little less than a year after that post). I have to say the results in the bedroom were pretty lackluster after the first two sessions; I was actually pumping a few times a week to get myself to 6.75” MSEG, but this was transient and took a significant amount of time every week, and it also meant I had to pump within a few hours before sex or I’d barely be over 6”.

Now our sex life is pretty fucking extraordinary, LOL. It’s not a question of if she’s going to cum, just how many times. I do need to use lube and foreplay is a necessity; but to me that’s a bonus anyways. We’ve been married 17 years and I’d fuck her for hours every day if I could, so I don’t like to rush. It’s always better if she cums once before penetration; before #3 if she came before sex then she was not going to cum during sex, no exceptions.

Basically as far as my wife and I are concerned, this has been a tremendous success. I feel like I’m really living the dream I had for the first 37 years of my life of having a big dick. It’s been amazing, and I literally could not be happier.

I don’t know why I waited so long for the third session, but I’m glad that it lined up with the stem cells like it did; I really think that was a huge factor in the great results from the 3rd procedure.

For the record, all sessions were with Dr Morales at Avanti Derma. I had around 20 cc total filler each time, with about 75% of that being the more concentrated one (20% or 40%? I don’t remember). I had PRP with every session. The only difference in aftercare was the stem cells after session #3.

Do you have any before and after photos? I've had 3 procedures 2 with Avanti but only around 7.1x6.5 after my last procedure.

I'm going for one more round after I finish this peptide cycle in a few months. But curious if I went to 7 in Girth if my Dick would look like a traffic cone. I'm trying to do as much extending as I can to avoid that and also loosing a bit more weight to get to sub 15% body fat.

The problem is there is no permanent glans enhancement so I want to try to keep my aesthetics.
