Absolutely loves it!! Confirmed all the port holes were healed and no scabs. It looks even more aesthetic today. I cant see any unevenness or imperfections, though it does seem smaller. I'm keeping myself from measuring too often and fixating on it. I'll post a 1 week post procedure update with measurements and photos tomorrow. I smashed the wife with whiskey Dick twice, and was like whoah this PMMA is awesome it keeps my Dick harder… Then I doubled down and smashed the wife again in the morning on Sunday, more vigorously I might add. The last few days i had just extremely minor awareness is periodic discomfort I would rate like a 1/10 on the scale. Yesterday I did get a gentle blowie from the wife without issue. Per GPT I'm going to wait 48 hours after feeling no discomfort at all (that's of this morning) before having GENTLE sex again. We'll test things Thursday and report back. Seems like my measurements bounce around slightly, likely due to EQ. MEG: 5.7" BEG: 5.8" I'll post updated photos in a few days. So far everything is great. Evenness of the filler is 9.5/10 (amazing), no nodules or perceptible issues. The only thing is the 2/3 of my dong is slightly darker in skin color than the base, which isn't a concern and is only visible when I'm Erect. I imagine this might fade in time as well. I also booked my second round with Dr. Rupeka late Nov for up to 45 syringes this time. Doc did say during round 1 my "pocket" between bucks and dartos was kind of tight/thick (not sure this is the correct way he put it) and that we should limit the first round to 35, but the second round we could do as much as I'd like as it will be more separated at that point. The wife and I would still like to get to 7" so we'll see how far this first and second round get us and go from there, but it looks like we'll have to do at least 3 rounds, with the third being still somewhat substantial. I made a side by side comparison before and after. Pre op flacid length was between 2-3” depending on the time of day and situation. Flacid Girth was a consistent 4-4.2”. I'm still having flare ups anytime I massage or have sex. Just over a week ago, Friday the 31'st I was feeling quite good, maybe 90-95% better. I decided i should try the fire roll massage because I haven't massaged since the 9'th day post op, due to my pain. Well after the massage I developed pain again, which got worse the next day again. I compounded that by having extremely careful gentle sex that Sunday the 2'nd. Monday morning the 3'rd I was in quite significant discomfort again like I was after the initial flareup on the 20'th, and like prior events, the pain has lasted multiple days and is ongoing. I have been abstaining from basically everything trying to recover, but I'm still in constant discomfort even today. Last week I also noticed a firmer "plate" like area on the top of my shaft. It doesn't protrude but it has very firm and noticeable edges I can palpate. You cant really tell its there visually looking at it, besides the fact the skin in that area seems to be a bit lighter colored. I want to heat and massage this, but I'm afraid it will flare up my pain again. I messaged Dr. Rupeka's office and explained the situation, and they advised this is consistent with what they've seen in some cases with Bio-stimulators in some guys who get above average inflammation reactions from the Bellafill. He advised to abstain from activities and manipulation until the pain subsides, then return to hot compress and massage of the firmer area. He did say I could add in an anti inflammatory, so i have been taking Alleve with Tylenol. Has anyone else had reactions like this where they have pain for multiple days post activities? The pain feels like diffuse pain with a slight burn of basically the whole penis. Though I'm not sure if the pain is actually coming from one individual area, it's very hard to tell. When I palpate the entire penis, I'm not able to find any specific area that' sensitive or seemingly connected to the pain. I'm slightly worried this pain isn't going to go away. It can be quite distracting working at my desk. My wife seems to think this will likely go away with time. I'm hoping I can get some reassurance from people here on the forum. I struggled with extreme soreness for quite a while after overdoing it shortly after my round 1. It really sucked because I was pretty much completely pain free before hand. It took months before I was over it. Just try not to aggravate it to much and let it take its course. I will say round 2 was much more forgiving afterwards with zero issues to date.
