Round 1: signature package, 21cc Round 2: base, 18cc Round 3: signature, 15cc I’m only one week out so sooome room for change but honestly in my experience the shape and size holds pretty constant at this point. Maybe two weeks see a slight change. In short: I’m very satisfied. I’ve finally reached my goal, with a very aesthetic result. I still have an ugly lump on the underside that we injected Kenalog into so that may reduce in size. But with the rest of the penis gaining Girth the lump is a tad less noticeable. I feel I can finally give PMMA as a procedure a proper rating and for that I’d say 8.5/10! It’s risky and can take trial and error. Intermediate rounds can be a slog and that’s the thing. This procedure is multi round I think. Consider yourself lucky or sane if you only wanted and were satisfied with one round. Because each round is more time off work. Another flight and coordination game. And more aftercare. It can be exhausting. But I feel like I’m finally seeing the confidence people talk about this procedure. It’s gender affirming in that sense lol. I was DMimg someone this but PMMA has felt kind of like a workout. It sucks when you’re in the middle of it. Maybe theres irregularities or short comings to work through. But extremely worth it when you finally can show off your abs at the beach. And quick detail on aftercare I did this time: I kept it wrapped basically from 1pm until 4am (I left TJ and caught a flight home that same day). Then just stretched for maybe 3 hours a day for the next two days. I did some periodic massaging but nothing super intense really. Maybe like 4 times a day? No strict regimen just kind of eye balling it every now n then. And of course a big thanks to the team at Avanti Derma. They were understanding all the way through and always very friendly.
