GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, and Retatrutide. I have already been these for almost a month prior to the procedure. I recently purchased a red infrared light with near-infrared light panel 660nm 850nm. I plan to use this 3-5 days a week 15 minutes each session gradually working up. Waiting for my still on system to arrive. I will be using this for ADS and weight Hanging. Is it recommended to wait a certain period of time post procedure before beginning weights? This is going to be my first time doing PE. I would love to hear real peoples results of length gains from ADS/weights. I'm still not fully convinced stretching works to increase Erect length. Its been a little over a month now. Swelling has gone down quite a bit. I gained about .5" both Flaccid and Erect. Girth is now 4.5" Flaccid and 5.5" Erect. The concern I have is when pressure is applied to the top/middle part of my shaft, I feel a sharp pain. It usually happens when Flaccid when something is pushed up against it, my dog jumps on my lap, or laying face down. I hope it goes away and isn't an infection or something worse. I also only used the ball weights that avanti gave. The vacuum cup for vac extending I felt might have caused a void on one side that I had filled in later which is why they used those noose style stretchers. My normal routine is just 2 to 3 30 min sessions of vac Hanging at 10lb followed by one 30 min pump session 6-8inhg. However during the two months recovery following the procedure I just do manual stretching gripping the glans. I'm also on Tesa, reta and klow. Although I think when I go to Mexico maybe I'll just bring klow. Not sure if I can take it through the airport, but others said it's no big deal.
