I thought I would go ahead and start documenting early. I’m hoping for some tips/advice before my first round. I’ve always been insecure about my size, especially when Flaccid. They pick you up from the airport drive you across the border and drop you off at the hotel. They even give you a discount at the hotel. It's like $115~ per night or something. The transport also drops you off the day you're leaving at the airport. I would contact Avanti and ask about that, they handle giving you the contact for the hotel discount and the transport as well. They tell you to bring $200 cash given to Avanti to reimburse for the medical transport. I would have just done pumping 20 min a couple times a day 5-8hg to get your penis use to a different size so they can put more filler in the day of the procedure. In the grand scheme of things, $200 is a great deal for round trip and less headache. Eduardo did mention for an additional fee I can reserve the shuttle outside the normal hours. I just emailed him. Before hand pumping is recommended. Sleeved pumping seems better because there is a sleeve there's less edema so you can tolerate more pressure. Also the brunch buffet at the hotel is pretty good for $20, they don't start cleaning up until 1pm.
