I'm currently at
BPEL: 6"
MEG: 5.2"
We would like to settle at 7" Girth after a second or third round. From Dr. Rupeka's posts he seems to recommend a larger first session for guys looking for +2" Girth. We will settle on his recommendation but we're good for as many syringes as needed. Assuming that's roughly 60 first session, then a second at 50-60 and potentially a third for aesthetics?
Our big question is regarding scheduling. We have a very active social calendar and I own a boat and am often committed to getting in the lake local to us in MI. How many weeks do i need to buffer to be reasonable about this? 2 weeks? If so I can go much sooner, assuming he has availability. Otherwise I'll be forced to wait until like Sept 8'th...

Our plan is to put on the Eurowrap and Zen Hanger immediately after the procedure. We'll be driving back to our home in MI and its like a 4 hour drive. I plan on massaging per instructions every hour or two. Any thoughts or advice on our plan?

If anyone knows please let me know of other providers that recommend this amount at once. I thought AD was generally on the upper range and they generally provide no more than around 20 injections.
Interested in learning of your results and wishing you the best.
Thanks

This is from his posts:
"First session
-You are going to see the largest increase in size here. The tissue is the most expandable.
-Most patients see a gain of 0.4”-0.6” in Girth from this round.
-My injection technique yields more linear spread per CC with a lower risk of Nodule formation.
-My injection technique also allows for me to safely push larger volumes of product ensuring that I can cover the desired surface area in a uniform manner.
2. Second session
-Round two usually adds another +0.2”-0.4” on average.
-The tissue doesn’t stretch as easily the second time because you’ve already built a new layer of collagen.
-The skin envelope doesn’t stretch as easily and there is less “empty space” for the product to spread into.
From my research it seems unevenness is often provider related and aftercare related. I'm not seeing a direct correlation from initial volume. It seems these things can happen regardless of volume.
Additionally it seems serious complications often appear after a third round, and sometimes even a second round. Hence my draw to a larger initial fill, leaving the second round for minor touchups, in hopes of limiting those more serious third/second round issues.
I should also clarify, I'm booked for up to 60 syringes. I am going to speak with Dr. Rupeka the day of the procedure and explain my goals of 7" after round 2, and take his advice on the amount we should proceed with for round 1. This may end up lowering the initial round to 45 syringes. I do have to admit, from my math, it seems like guys my size are gaining 0.25" per 10 syringes. I'm 5.2 MEG, so by that math I would need 70 total syringes. Therefore 50 round 1 and 20 round 2 might be best, but again ill defer to Dr, Rupeka on this.

I wish I could do one or two sessions and be done, with positive results, but it's cases as described in the following topic that serve as caution, to me, regarding high volume injections.

The question is, are issues like this related to the volume? In this case it was not extravagant. Or is it related to increased potential for adverse outcomes on third sessions? Ad i mentioned there is logic behind the theory I'll call glued fascia syndrome. Essentially pressure went inwards due to the collagen sleeve that was created from the first two rounds.
That being said, I am not going to turn a blind eye to the advice of this forum and will revise my upper limit to 50 syringes and mention I may want less to due concerns and that may push the initial round down to 40-45.
