TOPIC: Round 3 - March ‘26

After much deliberation, I’ve found my self back to Avanti for the first time since Aug of ‘24. My main issue was a fibrotic cord like piece at the top of my shaft close to the base. Also a couple of smaller nodules needed remedying.

Did a lot of back and forth between a touch up round vs full meal deal. Decided to go with Utmost.

Ended up only getting 30% x 8cc and 10% x 6cc but it was not for a lack of trying. I had so much scar tissue that the cannula couldn’t make its way around. Dr Morales held the cannulas up to show me what looked like a mini clothes Hanger taken apart to unlock a car 😂

So while that does suck that I got “only” 14 cc, I know for sure she tried. I should mention that Dr Uribe was helping as well and seems like a swell guy.

I am bleeding A LOT which is
not something I recall from procures 1 and 2.

Didn’t bring any measurement tools as we all know by now early measurements don’t mean too much and I’ll be home in two days.

I was bleeding a lot too only on my 3rd procedure. I think it took 4-5 days for the entry points to close fully, one kept breaking open when I would massage the area.

What were your length and Girth stats before this last procedure?

Any chance you can ask the doctor about providing the GHK-CU peptide? I'm thinking about just skipping the PRP shot and just going for all filler the next time, but that would be my 4th procedure. Although I've seen a few users post about taking peptides to speed up and aide with the recovery. But I wanted to ask if Avanti could provide that specifically since it aides in collagen production?

@lurkin I have my first follow up today. It’ll be with Dra. Morales and I’ll find out if Dr. Uribe or anyone else is there to help.

My measurements prior to r3:
BPEL 6.5”, non-bone pressed 5.2”
MSEG: 5.875-6.0”

Dr Uribe was giving me the run down on stem cells and did mention other peptides but the Ativan lived in by then so I was a little loopy. I’ll ask about GHK-CU when I’m at the office.

What did he say about the stem cells? Is it supposed to heal better or faster?

@Ahmad1990 helps with healing and erection quality, among other benefits. Again, I was quite loopy as he was explaining. He did seem quite enthusiastic about benefits - I’d email them to learn more.

Just had my last of three follow ups with Dra. Morales; one yesterday, two today — I’m leaving early tomorrow. Shape looks great so no aggressive manual intervention needed thus far. Mainly keeping bandaged to cover holes, maintain shape, and also hanger to prevent retraction.

I did have an area towards side/underside on the left where there’s a gradual dip. I’ve had it since session one. Dra. Morales was able to add another 1.5cc of 30% before stopping as I wasn’t able hold more.

Also additional kenalog on the cordlike fibrotic mass I had on on the top side near my the base.

Very happy with the service and attention I received from Dra. Morales and Dr. Uribe. Thanks, @Avanti_Derma ! Now it’s up to my body to respond well and for me to follow through with aftercare.

@lurkin Spoke w/ Dr Uribe re: GHK-CU. He likes it for a multitude of reasons and for this procedure specifically, he does believe the angiogenesis and anti-inflammatory properties would help with healing time. Can’t recall if he said anything about it helping to max gains so I hope to not misquote him. He did lay out a typical dosing schedule but again, I don’t trust my memory on that Price was $200 per vial. Perhaps it’s from an actual compounding pharmacy vs grey market “for lab use only” suppliers, not sure.

Measuring 6 3/8” throughout with 6 1/2 at the base 72 hours post procedure.

Round two 72 hour measurements were 6 1/8 through with 6 1/3 at the base.

I’ll be pretty stoked to end up at 6 1/4 throughout which would be a 1 1/4 gain over three rounds and approximately 50cc.

Stay tuned for pics. My best boners are in the AM but of course that’s go time to get the kids ready and off to school. Looking good aesthetically however with present swelling and edema around the neck, so it essentially looks like my post pumped D. Entry holes want to close but reopen as I massage.

Mannnn not the post I wanted to be making but round 3 has been more bad than good, and I’m not even sure if there’s any good I can point to at this moment. 15 days post procedure.

I mentioned in @Gh847 ‘s thread that I had a similar issue to him and some others within the thread regarding a pronounced ridge at the bottom side of the base on one side, where there seems to be a clumping and flaring of filler. That part is improving but it’s quite annoying that it’s on one side. Additional filler on the opposite side would balance this out so while this sucks, I feel like there’s a path forward (with more $ of course).

Another issue that is more concerning is new nodules and these white head type dots around the neck. It’s to the point I’m reluctant to show my wife my D because it looks like STDs. Is this an infection? No clear answer from AD yet. The nodules can best be described as feeling like Nerd candies—some are clusters , some are a single pellet.

I originally had 2 of these pellet type nodules plus the fibrotic cord which were hit with kenalog. Now I have so many nodules I can’t even count them all. Why this is concerning is that the kenalog didn’t do much of anything to the original nodules.

And here’s the kicker—I went from MSEG 5.9-6” to 6.0-6.1”. I gained about .5” at the base from the clump. I also had a divot on my left side I wanted addressed that remains.

I hate to say anything bad about AD as I believe they are ethical and professional (I would not have gone to them three times if I thought otherwise) but I also don’t want to gaslight myself because the reality is my D is 100% worse off for having gone for round 3. So as of right now, I paid over $5000 for the procedure, flight, hotel for marginal gains, numerous nodules, an overall misshaped D that I’m embarrassed to show my super supportive wife.

I’ve had a couple emails back and forth with AD but haven’t learned anything definitive. I’ve asked to get an opinion from Dr Casavantes but have not heard back.

Hang in there man. As you know from my posts 15 days is around when my panic peaked. As you know my worst complaints subsided 1-2 weeks after that so maybe yours will too. Those new white heads can’t possibly be permanent. They appeared too suddenly and they’re not all injection sites right? I wonder if it could be minor skin irritation, or some inflammatory response to the collagen production. Definitely show your wife! As long as you haven’t been fucking around without her knowledge you have nothing to be ashamed of.

I am concerned that there seem to be so many adverse reactions immediately after Avanti procedures lately. I keep hoping to see some new purely positive reports from their recent work to balance it out. As it stands it feels like there’s something affecting the quality of their filler or the technique or something if so many guys are having such strong inflammatory responses and seeing big clumps of filler sticking out. I really have no idea what it might be but I am a little nervous to be going back in June now. Please breathe and be patient for a few more weeks and update us as things develop. Keep emailing Avanti and dont be shy about demanding answers. You paid a lot for this Dick and you deserve to be satisfied with your post care. Dr. C had some medical procedure a week or two ago but he’s recovering. I’d insist on a zoom call with both docs when you’re more healed.

@richardgaines I thought Dr Casavantes retired? Who replaced Ian for the aftercare appointments? Ian really showed how to massage away all the problem areas before the clumped up, in my first procedure with another provider I don't think I did it correctly but the last two times at Avanti I had good results.

Did Dr Casavantes do the injections instead of Dr Morales? I never met that Doctor but I've always heard good things because he created Avanti right?

As far as the white heads, I did have a couple of those but I have darker skin. On my last time I asked for the max and the material was backing out of the entry point. Another user said he got that fixed on his last procedure (alias9) but I don't really see it as pronounced as yours, maybe it will be less noticable over time. I definitely don't have that lump on my base, but I did ask for more in my base on this last procedure.

I think I'll go for one more procedure either this year or next. I want to keep extending to see if I can gain anymore noticable length. But I hope not to have any complications, but I see people going for 5 and 6 procedures on here. I'm still pumping and doing PE so maybe I won't have as much scar tissue since it's constantly being stretched either through extending or pumping.

Any updates? I had those nerd type clusters right in the center of the base of my shaft also. That was one of the reasons I was looking forward to my 3rd round which was 3 days ago. I hope things turn around for you soon.
