I’m nervous about manipulating the product correctly. Ian found a big clump I hadn’t noticed. I have to be much more aggressive in finding and smooshing those lumps into submission i guess. Just sitting around makes me anxious. My brain is convinced that whenever I’m not actively manipulating the product it’s settling into places it shouldn’t be. Should have gotten a Xanax for the road!

Planning to attach the ball Hanger after I clear airport security, tho I might enjoy the look on the TSA agent’s face when I pass through the scanner.

Hoping that the swelling has peaked because it’s pretty uncomfortable. Mainly it’s my scrotum. It’s so filled with lymphatic fluid i walk funny and cant really bring my legs together. Wife loves the big squishy feel of it but I’m quite over it. As for the main course, my (swollen) Flaccid Girth is over 6” at the base and 5.75ish at mid shaft, maybe 4.75 at the neck. Erect is slightly bigger but not by much. This size is really too much for my 6” length. My unit is currently shaped like a traffic cone. I’ll be glad if it goes back to something like what it looked like immediately post procedure.

The Hanger isnt too uncomfortable and I think it’s doing its job. Ive definitely lost maybe 0.25-0.5” in length but I’m sure it’ll return. Probably it’s bc my fat pad area is so swollen and everything is tightened up everywhere.

My biggest concern now is the underside of the base. There is a palpable, firm, rubbery ridge where the injected product stops. I try hourly to smoosh it into a more gradual slope to transition more naturally from the enhanced/visible shaft section to the unenhanced/buried shaft section that lives deeper in. It goes right back a few mins after I massage. You can’t see it (possibly bc my scrotum is so swollen over that spot) but you can definitely feel it. Not loving this because no amount of massage or heat is helping. Might just be stuck with it like that until they can add product in round 2 to make it a more natural transition not such a hard drop off. Anyone with wisdom on this, please share.

If you’re doubting yourself to do it DONT! I will tell you right now first had I love how my new piece looks! It’s heavy Girth and still looks portioned. Avanti Derma was great Dr. moralas and Ian were great and made me feel completely comfortable. I am home after 2 days of being there and I cant express enough the confidence I feel.

Quick example: I took a shower soon as I got home my wife came in the shower to see what it looked like she walked in and out the bathroom about 4 times had to come back in to really look at it and touch and grab it lol well long story short she complimented it a bunch of times and can’t keep her eyes off it and I looked at her red pajama pants she was wearing when she bent over and well that thing was so damn wet she won’t even get close to me because she says it’s so damn tempting giving me the eye everywhere I go in this house lol!

Glad someone is having an ideal experience. I’m distressed. Tried the after hours phone number at Avanti. It doesn’t work. Emailed the info address but Ian is gone and it’s the weekend. Left a voicemail at the office but even that just has a generic outgoing message, cant even tell if it’s their office or if that number is defunct too. It’s now been 72 hours so I’m basically out of time to adjust anything anyway. Super frustrating after all the trouble i went to. Not at all the experience i was hoping for.

Sent an email and Dr. C himself responded on a Saturday night. He looked at my photos and assured me the ridges will disappear and the swelling is normal. I feel better having spoken to someone. He also said the after hours number will be fixed tomorrow. Here’s what I sent him.

Unpopular opinion but I think there should be a proper afterhours support for men undergoing procedures like this. Maybe at an extra cost or an Add on, but there should definitely be.

Not unpopular. All doctors have those. Avanti has one it was just down for some reason. Dr. C gave me a WhatsApp number and ive been using that with no issue. When you’re worried, being able to reach someone makes a world of difference. I do think the care instructions could be significantly more detailed. Like how long to wrap for, how often to hang, frequency of massage, timelines for different stages of recovery etc.

My swelling is finally starting to subside. Scrotum is still fuller than normal but not so full the skin is tight anymore. Penis looks a bit less over inflated as well. When I looked at it today I didn’t immediately think traffic cone so thats a step in the right direction haha.

Thanks for the updates, man. I’ve been keeping up with them as you post. Everything looks solid. Seeing the Balls swell up would stoke fear in any man so I don’t blame you at all there. Glad Dr C reached out and put your mind at ease. Seems quite common to have that “wtf” moment during the healing process.

Roller coaster continues. Dr. C said this massive, hard, rubbery ridge on the underside of the base would “most likely” go away by the end of the first week. Thats in 2.5 days but it has only gotten firmer and more pronounced every day. Cant imagine this is going away. It’s visually apparent now and my wife noticed it right away. The photos don't do it justice. It’s like a skirt or a flange sticking straight out from the base. It sticks out about a Centimeter and it’s got the texture of hard rubber.

I tried my best to smash it flat for days but it always bounced back bc my Dick naturally folds there when it hangs. I just couldn’t possibly massage away the constant effect of gravity. So now when the shaft is pointed down, the ridge is hidden. But when it’s pointed up (you know like during erections, especially when laying on my back) the ridge stands up and salutes.

I’m back to panic mode here bc no one on this forum has ever reported something like this as far as I know. I didn’t think they were supposed to put filler on the underside at all? I pointed this out to Ian at my follow-ups but he brushed it aside and now it’s gotten bigger.

I realize things will settle but how can this possibly resolve to anything even close to normal feeling? And what good will touch ups be when the problem is a ridge this pronounced?

Hey bro are you still leaking fluid from the puncture holes?

Originally I was leaking a thin yellowish fluid from two holes. Now one has closed but the other still leaks. I actually just squeezed out maybe half a teaspoon worth to try to relieve some of the pressure. Actually seems to have helped. It makes sense - all that swelling is just excess fluid. Has to go somewhere. If there’s a hole the pressure makes it exit there. When that closes your body will have to reabsorb whatever is left.

Ball sac swelling has gone down a good bit. Now that it’s not inflated so much you can plainly see the massive ridge im talking about. This thing is insane. Sent Dr. C a note via WhatsApp six hours ago but no response so far. Not that he can do anything for me since im so far away. Ive just never heard of this kind of complication happening and im freaking the fuck out. I look and feel deformed.

It could possibly be swelling of your lymphatics or swelling of your Venus system from irritation either way I had that and it did go down
