so Dr Mistry has done four of the procedures of debriding the scar and adding in four layers now of alloderm. Unfortunately, one of them did not work because it did not adhere to my skin. The other three seem to have added about a quarter of an Inch but it still looks so far to go.
We did the fourth one this morning. So I can’t see what it’s like cause it’s wrapped. I’ll know in a couple of days.
We’ve been texting since I got home about options and I’ll go in and see him in his office next Friday, but he pro proposed a penis skin advancement/flap procedure to cover the constricted area that we’ve been filling
I don’t know if anyone has more information on that. I looked online and of course, run up against the same problem of people doing studies and research, but not including pictures of a healed penis. Only the raw bloody immediately after surgery pictures. Those don’t really do me any good.
But what I found on chat, GPT seems promising.

Anybody have any information ? Pictures?

I added a collage of progress since July. The top picture is from a day or two ago and the bottom right picture is before this series of procedure started. It looks worse than before we started because he had to dig out/widen the constricted area to prep it for the layers.

The four surgeries that used alloderm to bring the band up to the same level as the rest of the skin did not work.
So, he suggested one final option besides degloving, and that was to do a flap or a skin advancement surgery.
That happened on January 19 and I’m a week of surgery. Took the bandage off Friday. I was really pleased with how it looked and then inflammation set in. And I’ve been freaking out a little bit that it’s not any different than it was before the surgery. I still have the band that’s fairly deep and will get me more rejections.
But he says it’s edema because everything distal to the band is not allowed to drain back up into my body, lymphatic fluid. That constriction is blocking Venus flow if I understood him correctly. So I’m trying to be patient doing lymphatic drainage massage which is really just gently touching the skin towards the body, mild strokes of Moving skin not tissue.
That seems to be helping some

If anyone has experience with that, would love to hear it. I am attaching the picture from when we unwrapped it on Friday. If it ends up looking like this, I’ll be pretty happy. Then we need to focus on the pelvic floor pain. I think the surgeries have really triggered that so maybe after some rest and some PT that will go away. If not, I’ll have a presentable Dick but painful orgasms so what’s the point?
Trying to be positive, but the best I can do is neutral at this point

I'm following your updates; it's hard, but I wish you all the best in improving your situation. I'm getting massages to help with lymphatic involvement, and I'm taking microcirculation supplements. I suffer from chronic nerve pain at the base of my penis after a serious infection. The swelling has never fully subsided, and the weight of my penis is significantly increased, resulting in shorter-lasting erections. To compensate, I have to take high doses of Cialis, often in combination with Levitra, which is the hardest thing to bear. The Urologist explained to me that the lymph nodes begin in the pelvic area and move down toward the penis. The massage should be performed toward the glans, starting from the base and working outwards. So far, I haven't seen great results, but I can tell you that the lymphatic involvement hasn't worsened, as often happens in these situations. My penis weight has remained the same over the past year. Ask your doctor what you can do to manage pelvic pain or excessive swelling in your specific case. Your latest photos look better, I hope it continues to improve with time. I hope you're doing well, brother!

Pretty discouraged at the moment. I swear when I met with the doc before surgery that I asked him if there would be a flap of skin covering the gap I have. He said yes but now that it's out of the wrap and Sutures, it's no different than before. I meet with him tomorrow to discuss in person. If I had known it was just going to bring those edges closer, I would not have wasted the time/money.
Right now, I'm out about 16K just for these 5 small procedures. and 6 months. I wasted 2024 massaging those damn nodules and 2025 recovering from Dr Kansas debacle and starting this series. That 16K is just from July w/ these 5 procedures. Allegedly it will smooth out after the inflammation goes down and just appear like a line vs a gap. I am having a hard time seeing that.

Any reassuring thoughts? Esp from the medical people.

The mostly hard pic is no different than a similar pic from May

Thanks, but it has been a long road and I’m running out of patients and energy. And money.
Right now, it looks worse than before. Dr Kansas butchered it to remove the filler. So angry at him because he let his ego take over.

I see the doctor tomorrow, so hopefully he can reassure me that this is going to be OK. This is what ChatGPT put together for me in terms of what it thinks. It will look like when it’s completely healed.

Oh, please don’t say that. He said the same thing, but it really expected most of it to be done mid April, three months.
It’s been a struggle since the surgery because I realized all of 2024. I did nothing but Massage lumps and bumps and then started getting rejected. Followed by all of 2025 dealing with the Dr Kansas debacle and then in July starting these so I really lost two years of my life. No sex in 2025. That’s then a real blow to my self-esteem and social life. I’m a nudist so no time at hippie Hollow and no time at new yoga and no sex. 34 out of 34 people rejected me in June or early July. It’s been brutal. I really need a break.

Hey man just hang in there, things are gonna be okay. Even Miracle 8X7 had really bad complications but he is just fine now. You are gonna be okay too, trust me.
also man why wouldnt you go with Dr C's office? I think you shouldve went to a more reputable surgeon for this life-changing procedure.

I understand all your suffering. Remember, you're not alone. I've met many people with all kinds of penis problems. I spent all of 2025 going to urologists, suffering from pain that sometimes kept me awake for days. I tried consulting multiple urologists, surgeons, infectious disease specialists, and dermatologists. I tried steroid therapies, microcirculation supplements, massages, and shockwave therapy. I had crises where I emotionally collapsed when I couldn't find a solution. I thought my penis wouldn't heal over time. When I couldn't sleep from the pain in March 2024, I was convincing myself that a latent infection would recur, sending me into sepsis and killing me. I no longer found meaning in my life. After 1 year and 4 months, I'm still struggling, but the situation is currently stable and hasn't worsened. My brain is starting to adjust to the chronic pain, and as the Urologist explained to me, if there's no infection or inflammation causing obvious changes, everything else can be managed conservatively because time and our body's ability to adapt are incredible. You must have constant patience and fortitude because time and the guidance after each procedure are a step forward for you. I wish you the best!!!
