TOPIC: Rejuvall

Just wanted to leave a quick review about my experience with Rejuvall so far, I found the whole team really good to deal with especially being an overseas patient I found them very accomodating and helpful. DR Carney is brilliant you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and getting the best result for them possible. I’m still in the early stages of recovery post surgery but I’ll post an update at 6 weeks or so

So recently, I have been doing more thinking about Additional work on my penis Girth I was hoping to get some additional Bellafill added to smooth out some areas . after the research I’ve done Rejuvall, sounds like the place I want to go. interestingly, I researched Dr. Kenneth Carney and like always I research the physicians I will be seeing to see any past lawsuits or malpractice And I stumbled upon a case between Dr. Carney and Emory University where he worked and in 2021, Dr. Carney sued Emery because Emery wanted Dr. Carney to get a physical and mental evaluation, the end of the lawsuit resulted in Dr. Carney, stepping down and leaving Emery this makes me slightly hesitant to use Rejuvall, as one could understand. I still would love to use Rejuvall they sound like they offer a tremendous amount of options and the fact that it’s run by two pretty well regarded physicians makes me feel better about the choice but I would just like any other information or other peoples’ take on what happened in 2021.

That’s a great point, and I completely understand why you’d want to look into any litigation involving a doctor or surgeon you might employ.

The legal drama you came across is part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by Dr. Carney against Emory University that began in 2021, which remains active to this day.

Both Dr. Carney and Emory are under a court gag order and are unable to make any comments regarding any matters relating to this ongoing litigation.

From what I’ve seen personally, what you read online reflects a much earlier stage in this legal process.

It’s important to recognize this ongoing litigation has nothing to do with patient care, professional conduct, or Dr. Carney’s medical ability. It’s an employment-related dispute. Like most long-running cases, there’s a lot more context behind what’s currently visible online; but rest assured, the Rejuvall team completed a thorough investigation on this matter long ago and found it had no bearing on the quality of care or professionalism patients have received and will continue to receive at Rejuvall.
