TOPIC: Avanti round 1 7/17

Hey guys,

I got a round of PMMA done at Avanti Derma on July the 17th so I am about 24 days post procedure.

I was waiting to make a post here until I could formulate an opinion on the procedure and I have mixed feelings.

My starting stats were

7.75-8 Bone pressed length
7-7.25 nbpel
5.5 mid section Girth
5 inches Girth behind the glans
5.375 inches Girth base

Post round 1 I am

Same length
5.75 max Girth a little below the mid section
5.25 below glans
5.75 Girth base

I had 20 CC 7x30% and 13x10%


I’m debating a round two. I’m kind of very disappointed with the results as I thought from reading here I could expect at least a .5 Inch gain from 10% so having some 30% mixed in this round and only getting about a quarter Inch increase at my peak is kind of frustrating. Especially considering the price tag.

I’m thinking of going back and getting round two done but I don’t know if I could really justify the price tag to get another quarter Inch- or worse… nothing, I know this is rare but it has happened.

Do you guys think it’s too soon to tell if a quarter Inch is what my end results will be? It’s 24 days post op I think my size will just about have stabilized by now. Are my weak gains from round one indicative of poor future results?

My goal was to get as close to 7 inches as possible but I just don’t know if that will be possible now. I don’t know if I can expect to have 5-6 sessions and have a healthy-ish non fibrotic penis as I know the risk of complications increases every round. Never mind the price tag on that many sessions.

Was really hoping I’d be like everyone else and average .5inches per round. I’m wondering if I did something wrong per se to mess up the process. I took the 600mg ibuprofen they gave post op and that seemed to get rid of the swelling pretty fast for me. By day 5-6 post op I was already at this 5.75inch size down from 6.75 peak swelling. I wonder if that anti-inflammatory also reduced results.

I actually prefer Avanti. They corrected a lot of the uneveness from my first procedure done by another Dr.

They recommend that you pump maybe 5-8inhg for 30 min twice a day for like a month prior to the procedure (they don't say the exact time but that is what I would do). That would be to fit more filler. I told them up front I wanted the maximum amount of filler and they said they would put in as much as they could before it starts backing out of the entry points.

For my first procedure I gained about .5in with 25 syringes x20% Bellafill= 500~ PMMA to about 5.75

With Avanti I received 18 syringes x30 & 4 syringes x10= 580~ or so PMMA. Now I'm at 6.3in Girth for the cost and what you get for the aftercare Avanti was the best I tried so far.

Highly doubtful. You just have a very long penis, which means you're going to need a lot more filler than the average man to get to where you want to be, especially if that's 7 inches. We have a filler size calculator you can try to get a better idea of how much more Bellafill you would need to hit that goal ( https://www.rejuvall.com/penis-size-calculator/ ), but you should also be able to consult with or contact your injector of choice prior to your next procedure and they should be able to tell you how much more filler you would need from them to hit that 7 inches. There are also a couple of other calculators on the web you could try to get a better idea of how much you might need.

According to your calculator I should have been somewhere close to 6 inches or at least 5.875 but I actually have been measuring 5.625 these last few days. Barely an eighth Inch increase…

I’m going in to Avanti for another round and I’m just not sure what I’ll think if I get another 1/8th increase. There’s tons of people my length or longer that do get results from the amount injected into me. Idk why mine are so poor. Makes me very frustrated that I’m going to be paying full price this round. I’m taking all the risk on a high risk operation injecting plastic into my Dick for very little reward. I feel Avanti should work with me on pricing if I’m going to keep moving forward after this

Avanti doesn’t seem to know either or they would have probably told me their guess in our back and forth emails. They just keep referring to the 10% solution but even Rejuvalls calculator says I should be at 6inch Girth with the amount they injected into me (10.7ml) and datapoints from the old forum say that a 1/8inch gain is basically unheard of for round 1 and the volume gained per cc is basically a new low. I’m 25 and pretty healthy so I highly doubt it’s my body that’s to blame here.

That calculator doesn’t work at all for me either. It’s not even close. I think it’s just the curse of having a longer penis. I also don’t have major gains from sessions that would’ve given another guy .5-.75 gain easily. My biggest gain was round 1 with 24 syringes at Avanti with about .5”. The next couple rounds at Avanti with 17 and 19 syringes each got me about .25”. My round 4 with Rupeka got me about .25” with 20 syringes of Bellafill on my underside. Looks like you and I have the same 7” goal but unfortunately there’s no way to calculate or predict what each round is going to do or how long it’s going to take to hit that goal.
