TOPIC: Rogers PMMA Journey with Avanti Derma

Hey y’all,
Long time lurker deciding to share my PMMA progress and future plans.

I had my first round at Avanti Derma in July of 2024. My before stats were as follows:
NBPEL: 6.5
BPEL: 7
MSEG: 5
BaseEG: 5.2
Flaccid length: 4.25
Flaccid Girth: 4.25

Post round 1:
NBPEL: 6.5
BPEL: 7
MSEG: 5.9
BaseEG: 6
Flaccid length: 5 (I think that the weight of the filler, along with 2.5mg tadalafil/day, and some PE all contribute to my increased Flaccid length) Flaccid length also varies so i’d say it's anywhere between 4.23 and 5 depending on various factors
Flaccid Girth: 5.5

So I definitely had a very loose Circumcision as a child, leaving me with extra skin (especially in the Frenulum area) that covered a good portion of my glans when Flaccid. I was aware of the possible complications (accordion effect), and opted for Dr. M to focus on aesthetics instead of Girth (ended up getting a pretty decent Girth gain, with some minor aesthetic issues that I hope to address in round 2).

Day of the procedure: I was a little anxious on the day of my enhancement, however Ian and Dr. M made the whole procedure go smoothly. I felt a little discomfort when they applied the local anesthetic, but afterwards all I felt was pressure, pulling, and tugging (no pain). If I recall correctly I ended up getting ~17cc of 30% and ~5cc of 10% (something in that ballpark).

The following days: I swelled up and bruised pretty badly. I was alarmed at first, however Ian explained that this can happen. He gave me some prednisone to address the massive swelling. I did not notice any filler leaking out of any incisions and I feel as though they closed up pretty quick. I have a small incision Nodule on the LH side of the midshaft, however it does not bother me as I don’t really notice it.

Fast forward about 2.5 months: No complaints besides the dang accordion effect. I was beating myself up because I should have just gotten a Circumcision Revision prior to starting this journey. Soooo…I made an appointment to get a Circumcision Revision. I was upfront and honest with my surgeon that I had PMMA filler and he was more interested than concerned. As you can see in my photo where I show my accordion effect, Dr. M did not place filler too close to my original Circumcision scar area. I believe this was done to preserve the aesthetic as having a bunch of filler in the loose skin of the outer Foreskin would have given me major “pig in a blanket.” The accordion effect, or the bunching up on the filler at the base, made putting on a condom difficult and sex would just cause the filler to bunch up with each stroke.

Circumcision: The doctor and I agreed on how much skin would be removed (removed everything up until there was filler, if that makes sense). We agreed on a low and “as tight as possible without disturbing the area with filler” Circumcision. Surgery process was similar to AD. The doctor applied local anesthesia and I was awake while he worked. The Circumcision did take longer than the AD procedure. Half way through I was starting to get light headed. Doc gave me some smelling salts and that brought me back lol. Healing took a few weeks and the end product was great! Had my Frenulum removed as well. I was worried about this because I saw a bunch of stuff online about how much sensitivity is lost when you get a Circumcision and remove the Frenulum. The only “side effect” I've noticed is that I can last longer in bed (which I see as a good thing).

Currently: I am going in for round 2! I’m going to go for 10% because I am satisfied with the Girth I got from round 1 and want to focus on smoothing things out and addressing some aesthetic issues, including:
1. I have a divot or void right at the mid-shaft on the top portion of my penis. I want to get that filled in to level out the area.
2. There is some minor clumping that has occurred just behind the void and on the right side of my penis. Perhaps some filler just forward and behind the clump will even out the right side.
3. Fill in gaps at the base on the LH and RH sides of my penis. The filler abruptly stops about .75 inches from my pubic region and there is a visible ridge that you can feel as well. I just want there to be a gradual end to the filler, not a ridge.

Closing thoughts: My Flaccid isn’t always 5 Inch x 5.5inch, I will still turtle and get the “pig in a blanket” look after exercising or doing anything strenuous. I find that going commando contributes to a better Flaccid hang. I might try some loose boxers instead of the briefs I currently wear when I can’t go commando.

Yes, I have. She has no reference to my before Dick but I believe she enjoyed it lol.

Coolest compliment was a girl explaining how sore she was the next day.

Do either of them know that you had this done? What were their thoughts?

Neither said anything about it. My erections (when I have good EQ) are still harder than ever. The biggest difference is that it feels as though my skin is thicker so there is a slight bit of cushion covering my hard Erection.
I can feel the difference, but given that every penis is different I would find it hard for a chick to be able to determine that I had a Girth enhancement.

I can't see pics yet but sounds like you had great results.

I started with somewhat similar stats, at least by my measurements. Before my first round I was at 7.25-7.5 BPEL and 6.75-7 NBPEL.

My Girth was 5 at Circumcision line, 5.25 or so from mid shaft down to the base.

I ended up with 16/6 30/10. And I honestly wasn't totally happy with the results. I only gained .6" mid shaft and have a fairly significant jump in my Girth between the circ line and my shaft, which makes sex somewhat uncomfortable for partners. I brought that up in my follow up appointment and Ian assured me that she had placed filler in the area above the Circumcision line. When Ian extended my penis and measured he only measured 16cm which makes me think that he was either only measuring from the exposed base to my Circumcision line or he wasn't pulling hard enough to expose everything.

I'll be going back for a second round in June and I'm worried that I'll only gain half of what I did the first time around as I've seen that to be fairly common. I'm really hoping to add at least another .5 inches and preferably another .75 on my last round but I also need to have that ridge between my circ line and shaft fixed.

I'll do my own write up later but it makes me wonder what happened that I am just not seeing the results I expected based on other members' experiences.

0.6” is a nice gain, brother. But I can totally understand your feelings about your first round. There seems to be a trade off between either going for max Girth gains and getting moderate gains with improved aesthetics.

It’s a balancing act and I implore you to share your thoughts prior to starting your round 2 procedure. Ian and Dr. M are receptive to concerns! Will be looking out for your log. Good luck!
