It's been 5 months since my infection from the third cycle of PMMA. In the last few weeks there have been various problems, the first is the loss of size and the fibrotic tissue has become so soft that my penis looks like a balloon, the weight is excessive and even when 100% Erect I have to squeeze to feel hard, I think it has softened a lot since this weight is not just the excess skin but there is lymphatic fluid mixed with the fibrotic tissue. During sex which I now only practice with the help of ED drugs my wife still feels hard because during penetration everything is compressed but honestly I have little sensitivity and the situation is getting worse and worse. I will have a consultation with my Urologist and he will try caverject injections to rule out any excessive compression of the corpora cavernosa during Erection. The Urologist knows my situation and will use a longer needle to pass the PMMA and reach the corpora cavernosa. I always fear that even a simple control injection could reactivate the latent infection.

Where did you get the PMMA procedure done?

I had the injections for all 3 rounds at Avanti Derma, until the second round I never had any problems, the third round ruined my life due to the infection and I never went back to normal as before, in the photo there are small lumps, I had never had any before, even the entry points were smooth. Unfortunately no doctor is able to help me.

Have you consulted with Dr. Carney by chance? Pardon me if you've mentioned it elsewhere.

Can you tell us about this "infection"?

Are you sure it is an infection or a immune reaction?

It will never not be weird to me to compliment another guy's Dick, however...
honestly man, I saw your post 2 months ago, the only picture I saw that looked a little off was when it was a lymph disaster right after the infection. The other photos you posted it looked great, in my mind.
I've seen dudes on here and thought to myself "damn bro you got mangled", but you aren't one of them.
Everyone has their own expectations and tolerance of imperfections, it's your body not ours - but the pictures you posted 2 months ago I'd be thrilled with personally. But I was also Circumcised at birth, and I know for some guys getting it as an adult can be traumatizing. We're accustomed to looking down our pants and seeing different things.

I can see the little bumps in the picture on this thread, I feel like THOSE are the type of teething imperfections that doctors can address. I have 2 or 3 of those, and they never really present an issue.

The Erection thing is an issue, but what if the doctor tells you your vasculature is fine, neurologically everything is sound, and your hormones are fine? The psychological trauma of what you went through is very real, and shouldn't be ignored just because we're guys. Now there may well be a physical element, but the roller coaster of emotions you've gone through would mess with anyone. Have the openness and plans to address that side of it.
