My Ellanse use to be super firm and strong. It felt awesome. It was also symmetrical throughout the whole penis. Got my first injection in 2019 for 10 ml, 12 in 2020 then 2 in 2021. I believe 2-3 year versions.

Now its gotten soggy and squishy. My shaft once felt natural, but now it feels like a dumpling or a balloon covered stick. It is very frustrating especially since Ellanse may never go away. It is making me consider getting it removed and getting a dermal implant instead

In my devouring of info from this forum before going down the filler path, I came across references of DMSO being used to remove/loosen nodules and I believe in the case of one member, he said it had broken down/reduced the PMMA after applying to their entire shaft. Could do the same to the residual Ellanse - might be something to research further to see if its worth a try?

Hope things resolve for you.

I would try and avoid actual removal of the collagen built up from the Ellanse as it can be quite invasive and only best done if there is a health concern (i.e. complication) that warrants it. This is the first I've heard of Ellanse losing its robustness, but then again, it's technically supposed to be temporary, despite most reports showing it lasts quite a long time.

Your two options are to perhaps get some low-volume injections of Ellanse in to maybe possibly re-trigger more collagen production -OR- your own personal consideration of a dermal graft, which maybe doable with the presence of Ellanse (possibly) -- someone like @PhalloplasticSurgeon_DrLiu (Dr. Liu) would know.

When you say my own personal consideration you mean like a tailored dermal on top of my Ellanse? What would happen when the Ellanse inevitably completely deteriorates as advertised?
