TOPIC: Enhancement results

Just wanted to post my before and after. I am close to 7inBPEL and my Girth before was 5.3in. now it's about 5.8.

I got 25 syringes of Bellafill with Dr. Rupeka- who is great btw. I think next I'll try Avanti. I am on a decon now and want to wait another month or 8 weeks total before I go back to doing phalback's vibration pumping routine and maybe vibration Hanging. I dunno the bioscience is that the 1,000 of micro tugging causes fatigue in the tunica faster or something like that. I've observed vibration pumping does cause you to pack the tube much faster than just regular pumping.

Anyway just wished more people mentioned getting that noose and weighted ball Hanger before getting this procedure along with the leg strap. I'm not sure if it's okay to vac hang since they said vacuum would be like pumping no? And it would mess with the filler.

I have a small bump or shelf on the right and top near Circumcision. I'm hoping more filler or PE will even that out, despite me rolling it out on all angles for 10 days after the procedure.

Looks amazing dude! Did you find that doing less for your first session made the aesthetics turn out better?

Also, does Rupeka suggest taking a more conservative approach like this? Would love your results when I do this !

No I did more than most but about the same as what Avanti Derma gives out.

I'm looking to go to Avanti Derma for my next procedure since there are a lot of doctors in Mexico. I was considering LASIK at CODET which is right down the street from Avanti. It cost like 6k to get LASIK in the US and 1k there.

I think alias9 had the best results I've seen so far, and he got roughly the same amount at Rupeka, then 2 visits to Avanti.

I would go with the max in my opinion, any nodules could be covered by a second procedure I would think. And then do extending 5-10lb 8 weeks after the procedure as many hours a day as you can 20min at a time. I'm using the hog vibe honestpe.shop/

So it's been 2 months since I went to Avanti Derma back in April.

Time flies, best experience hands down. (Picture order got messed up*) The last picture there was a gap near the base and a Nodule towards the top right from my first procedure. I told Avanti before they did the 2nd procedure and they made sure to put filler there to even it out.

The first picture was the night of the procedure. I was definitely much bigger/swollen then. I think I'll go back but after I've spent more time extending since I'd like to be longer.

The middle picture is current day. I went from 5.75 Girth to about 6.25 Girth I would say.

The best advice I can give is don't buy bottled water in the hotel, it's much cheaper at the pharmacy or convenience store down the street. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is the best, some days I didn't eat anything else. Next time I go- maybe I'll try the Brazilian steak buffet about a mile away from the hotel. Also check your credit card to see if there are charges for using outside the US- I forgot to do that. Overall- a great experience, Ian and Dr. Morales were excellent.

We had about the same measurements. I'm 7.25-7.5 BPEL. Started at 5.25-3 MSEG and about 5" everywhere else.

My first round at AD i got 16x30% and 6x10%. and that got me up to 6"MSEG AND 5.75" elsewhere. Which is ~.75" increase compared to Ian's predicted .6" increase based on measurements after my first proceedure.

Just had my 2nd round and ended up getting 12x30% and 9x10% It was a bit more spread out since they had to fill in my Circumcision area more. But it looks like Ian is predicting ~+2 at the Circumcision line, 1.5 around the mid shaft area, and +1 at the base. That'd bring me pretty damn close to my size goals And she did an amazing job making my left and right side symmetrical.

Anyway, I'm rambling but i want to ask: how much filler you got on your second round?

Hey thanks for the feedback- to answer your two questions:

1) I would always go for full session. I wouldn't waste a trip to Avanti or anywhere unless it was for the maximum amount of filler. Usually people gaining .5 Inch on every trip so personally I'd go for that since the price would be roughly the same at Avanti.

2) I lost the sheet Avanti gives but in my notes it says I got 18x30% and 4x10% of LinneaSafe on my second trip. On my first trip to Rupeka I got 25 syringes of Bellafill.

Anyway I'm following an extending protocol maybe 23-25 minutes at a time to avoid getting a blister. I'm also doing one session of vibration pumping using the phalback method. I also do the red light therapy during extending for about 15 minutes, once per day 4 times per week.

According to Hink doing both extending and pumping would be a shorter time to gain length.
