@BMB10 I think it’s looking really good! Curious what you’re not liking about it. You mentioned the glans looking small but in your photos it looks pretty proportional to me. Are you still feeling the edges of the Alloderm in places? That will probably improve as it integrates. If not, a small amount of filler in the trouble area could help, or possibly if it feels like a little clump, some eventual kenalog - just have to be careful with that.

There is a really defined line about a Centimeter back from the glans that may need some filler, plus the glans looks small. Maybe it’s due to the proportions changing so much. Maybe I’m just being picky. I have another two weeks before I see the doctor again, so maybe things will settle in by then. Overall I’m happy. Maybe having the glans a little bigger would make me happier.

@BMB10 - maybe filler or maybe eventual Kenalog. My advice on the filler is to use it sparingly just to spot correct. I went in to spot correct an area after my surgery and ended up opting for some additional size (filler all over) and of course that's like anyone here who augments with filler in that it can come with a whole new set of issues, which for me meant some symmetry issues and nodules. Eventually I was able to resolve my issues and am happy with my final results but took a little while for me to get there.

I also had a small area of the Alloderm which was palpable and doc used a tiny bit of Kenalog and it fixed the issue quickly - just have to be careful here because you are very literally dissolving a small bit of the graft in that area, which obviously you wouldn't want to do much of. Dr. Liu is pretty conservative with Kenalog so shouldn't be an issue.

Re - glans - did you fill it when you got the surgery? Dr. Liu used a HA/PMMA mix on mine and it did increase the size. I'm seen my fair share of penises though and at least in the pic your glans doesn't look small to me. Perhaps erect the proportions change though.

6 weeks post procedure. Got the ok to resume sex. The whole procedure has been enlightening to say the least. The recovery period has been longer than I anticipated, but no regrets other than my own expectations. I’m happy with the results. Seems I have lost some length, but from all my reading that seems common. I have a few touch ups that I want addressed, but I was told I have to heal for six months because things will change between now and then. Patience patience.

Good time for an update. I have been pretty happy with the results so far.

Looking good but I see what you mean regarding the head size. That change would freak my partner out....any more changes or updates? Thanks...Can you share total cost?

The change was pretty shocking at first, but as time goes by it seems to look more natural. I’m on the fence about getting some filler to smooth the edge of the graft. I got a 1 1/2” increase Flaccid, which is the same price of what it would cost to do it with filler ( three rounds). 17k total. I think I would have been happy with half the gain with filler, but I also I knew I would regret not doing the implant if that makes any sense.

It's hard to get my head around numbers sometime but pictures help (see attached). To me it looks like you went from the Girth of a D size battery to the Girth of a Motrin container, which is also about the size of a standard toilet paper holder, which is a good improvement. Big but not so much to freak any one out and prevent a full deep throat. Jumping up to the Redbull size could limit some sexual activities,

Your analogy is pretty good. Started at 4” fg and went to 5 1/2” fg. 5” erect now 6. Post op was more nuisance than anything. Had a drain put in that had to be removed the next day, and I had to wear a belt to put pressure on the incision site for a week. Wrapped every day for 5 weeks plus keeping the incision site cleaned and covered. Got a good dose of antibiotics and some anti fungal meds Forrest the first two weeks. Painful erections at night for the first week, but they weren’t horrible. I actually liked them as it made me feel like I did something . Bruising was not bad and was gone after the first week. I had the pig in a blanket look for the first month which I hated. I wasn’t sure if that was going to be the final outcome, but thank god it’s gone.

Looking back I think post op was more emotional than anything. The outcome at first was not what I expected, but with time it has looked better and now I am happy with the results. I wasn’t prepared for the mental stuff- buyer’s remorse and the what the hell have I done. It has been a big exercise in patience.

I may want some touch up, but I’m not sure it is necessary or if I want the emotional headache. Time will tell.

Six month update. Pretty happy so far, but the ridge towards the glans still shows, and now there is a raised spot on the right- sticks up about 1/4” at the high spot and is almost as big as a dime. I’m sure I am the only one who will notice it, but I’m debating getting it fixed by adding some filler. I’m on the fence, but I would welcome anyone’s advice.

Hard to tell from the picture, but if you are overall happy with the aesthetic, and are not looking to gain any more Girth, I’d just leave it.
