I recently had 8 syringes of RHA 4 filler (1.2ml, 23mg/ml) and I thought I would share some before and 7 days after photos and reflections.

Overall, I like the volume increase and I think it's made a strong foundation to work off. I look forward to my upcoming doc review and making some corrections - particularly the left side just below the scar (you can see in the Erect photos the dent). I feel like it looks better in person than I'm able to capture in photos, I dunno. Unfortunately the EQ is a bit rubbish for the 7 day photos and I've measured 5" Girth result but just didn't have the photoshoot set up handy. I think 0.5" is a pretty good gain. The 7hrs Erect photo looks better in comparison as it had the aid of a boner pill and the excitement of seeing/holding/having a bigger penis...

I think the curve makes things a bit tricky in terms of aesthetics, and I'm interested to see at the 2 week mark when the filler is supposed to have fully integrated with the tissue to get a more definite sense of what needs further tinkering.

Some further reflections:

- Had no bruising, bleeding or real pain. Meds I was given were oral antibiotics and Prednisone for two days, and a liquid antibiotic for the entry wounds.
- I stayed bandaged wrapped for 48 hours straight, and did hot wet towel and hot wheat bag massages, also used a massage gun on a low setting regularly. Then it was wrapped just at night for the following two days.
- Took Tadalafil the day of operation but then not again after, perhaps that was a mistake in hindsight but Turtling is not really that of an issue for me
- Used a DIY vitamin c spray on the penis and after applying the antibiotic cream when washed.
- Did 2x daily 20 min sessions of red/NIR light therapy
- First 4-5 days my Flaccid felt quite hard from the swelling - it's now more quite soft and the hang and weighty feel is nice plus the bulge in underwear is hot
- Erections are hard but like someone I read here described it, it is like an iron bar with a thin padding around and the skin isn't super tight like before HA when I'd stroke it. Hoping this kinda leaves after tissue integration.

Better Erect pics.

Definitely needs touch ups - the dent on the left side near the head, and I'm keen for more under the circ scar to get rid of that kinda balloon effect going on the (the skin is pretty loose there). Has anyone had that issue and corrected it?

Or maybe the way to go is to add more to the mid and base and taper the effect away. Guess that's a question for the doc.

Thank you for sharing this turle28. I too have a natural curve (two urologists in the past have confirmed I don't have peyronie's.)

To your knowledge did your doctor approach your treatment any different because of your curve? (Did you discuss it beforehand?)

From your perspective, do you feel your added Girth helps with your curve? (From just looking at you the added bulk makes your penis appear straighter which is encouraging.)

Thanks again for sharing your results.

No worries!

I brought up the curve in my initial consultation just so the doctor was aware. I was interested in whether there would be any implications for how he'd approach because of it rather than looking to correct. I actually kind of like having a curve, haha. His view seemed to be you're likely to get a more satisfactory filler outcome in Erect and Flaccid if you stay true to your natural foundation. He didn't seem too eager to go down the path of straightening and I didn't ask further as the curve doesn't concern me - my priority was have a pleasing and passable penis with some added weight. I definitely think and the photos seem to show, that the curve is not as pronounced and there is more filler on the left. The procedure was done while Flaccid so the doctor was moulding according to that and that's why it's come out that way.

However, with you prompting me to reflect on this whilst in the midst of aftercare - it is such a mission to get the filler to mould aesthetically to your liking and I can just imagine this task would be so much more harder if you're got a moderate imbalance of filler on each side to stay put through weeks of tissue integration. I also reckon one side of the penis would have a noticeably different feel when yours or anyones hand is wrapped around/jerking it. Overtime, I also believe the degradation rates would be different on each side and then you'd have additional maintenance than otherwise. But this is all just my assumptions - not the doctor's advice.

Hopefully that's helpful insight. Are you considering whether to address your curve with filler?
