I recently had 8 syringes of RHA 4 filler (1.2ml, 23mg/ml) and I thought I would share some before and 7 days after photos and reflections.
Overall, I like the volume increase and I think it's made a strong foundation to work off. I look forward to my upcoming doc review and making some corrections - particularly the left side just below the scar (you can see in the
Erect photos the dent). I feel like it looks better in person than I'm able to capture in photos, I dunno. Unfortunately the EQ is a bit rubbish for the 7 day photos and I've measured 5"
Girth result but just didn't have the photoshoot set up handy. I think 0.5" is a pretty good gain. The 7hrs
Erect photo looks better in comparison as it had the aid of a boner pill and the excitement of seeing/holding/having a bigger penis...
I think the curve makes things a bit tricky in terms of aesthetics, and I'm interested to see at the 2 week mark when the filler is supposed to have fully integrated with the tissue to get a more definite sense of what needs further tinkering.
Some further reflections:
- Had no bruising, bleeding or real pain. Meds I was given were oral antibiotics and Prednisone for two days, and a liquid antibiotic for the entry wounds.
- I stayed bandaged wrapped for 48 hours straight, and did hot wet towel and hot wheat bag massages, also used a massage gun on a low setting regularly. Then it was wrapped just at night for the following two days.
- Took Tadalafil the day of operation but then not again after, perhaps that was a mistake in hindsight but
Turtling is not really that of an issue for me
- Used a DIY vitamin c spray on the penis and after applying the antibiotic cream when washed.
- Did 2x daily 20 min sessions of red/NIR light therapy
- First 4-5 days my
Flaccid felt quite hard from the swelling - it's now more quite soft and the hang and weighty feel is nice plus the bulge in underwear is hot
- Erections are hard but like someone I read here described it, it is like an iron bar with a thin padding around and the skin isn't super tight like before
HA when I'd stroke it. Hoping this kinda leaves after tissue integration.
