Hi all,
I'm 6 months post injections. 15 syringes of Bellafill with Rupeka. Overall came out pretty uneven as you can see in one of the photos, and I got a pretty small increase overall.

I just recently over the past couple weeks started noticing I have small lumps under my skin at the base. Most are small and feel like tiny beads when I rub my fingers back and forth some of the small ones go probably a third of the way down my shaft, mostly where there is a uneven thicker part of my penis, feels sort of like a small cluster together.
2 of them that I feel inside - one on the right side base, one on top- feel longer, kind of like a bean. Are these normal ? Nodules? I can't really take pictures because they aren't visual, just felt to the touch.

My other concern is the skin on the bottom side of my shaft near my Circumcision scar has a small red, flaky area of skin. My wife doesn't think too much about this, and I've tried putting lotion on it, but I just think that it's odd that I never had this before. Do you think I should be concerned that this is granuloma?? It doesn't really feel uncomfortable or anything

I've included pictures. I also circled a small white bump that I've had which was an incision site, it's gotten smaller and it's not really tender. I did text the doctor about that specifically and he said they would have to look at it in person and could most likely take care of it. This one I was admittedly a little less concerned about because it was an injection site.

I don't have a fever or any real concerning symptoms, my cheeks have been a little bit flush, but I attribute that to a new medication most likely. Let me know what you guys think or any advice, because I have been seriously debating even doing a round 2 as of now, but I'm definitely willing to take care of these issues if I can.

The photos don't strike me as concerning, and to be frank, I wonder if it's a separate (and possibly completely independent) skin condition related to any number of things.

People develop rashes, dryness, among other skin related changes, and these can come from a variety of contributors, including (but not limited to): medications, allergies, irritants (certain clothing or topical creams for example), or some kind of recently acquired condition (e.g. dermatitis).

Of course, in the end it will best be examined by your Physician to get an official diagnosis, and to see if it is (1) PMMA related or not; (2) if it is a temporary or chronic matter; (3) both its seriousness & severity; and (4) if any treatment is required.

Again, upon initial examination (although I'm not a Medical Professional), the photos don't strike me as alarming, and your wife's agreement with my opinion further leaves me mostly feeling like this is a resolvable issue and likely nothing major -- again however, please have your Physician verify this in-person because it's hard for anyone here to give adequate or relevant advice without knowing the proper diagnosis.

Thank you, id agree.
Are the bead-like bumps I'm feeling under the skin where the filler seemed heavier typical in your opinion ? I'm assuming they are nodules? I honestly don't care at all about how they feel or some unevenness, just don't want to be overlooking something I should get dissolved at another appointment.
I have a somewhat of a difficult time navigating the forum for similar experiences
