So after my final results more or less from my first 15 syringes with Rupeka in May, I want to do another round.
Length - 7.2"

Starting
eg mid - 4.6"
eg base - 5.2"
After
Eg mid- 4.8"
Eg base - 5.4"

I was actually surprised at how little I got. My goal is 5.5" mid shaft Girth. I was thinking 30 syringes my next round, to hopefully get me to 5.3-5.4"

Where can I get the best bang for my buck? I've seen threads about the differences in Linnea and Bellafill but I have a few questions:
It seems Linnea is cheaper, but is it considered as safe? Are infections or complications more likely there?

Can I specify at either place to focus more on width at the mid shaft vs the base? I wouldn't even miss it being thicker there than the base since it's where I can actually insert.

What are the pricing differences and how does it equate to ccs and volume of Bellafill? If there are threads on this already, feel free to direct me to them.

Thank you in advance!

You've got a longer than average shlong. It makes sense that you didn't gain much from getting about 13 cc's of filler because you basically need more material to cover that much length. This is based on my experience here reading about others similar experiences. I myself am at 6 inches bone pressed and took 21 cc's (a mix of 10 and 30) at Avanti Derma. I like that they work with you to get a sense of what you're trying to achieve. I don't recall if they put a cap on how much they'll inject each round, but it seems to be around 20cc's on average. It really depends on the persons member, elasticity, etc. They practically guarantee a half Inch gain too. I believe I paid $4,600 last year for the utmost package, and it's only $200 more this year. I'm about 3 hours from them so it's not as bad as someone who's 3,000 miles away.

Bellafill is 20% PMMA spheres per 0.8mL syringe, giving you 0.16mL of PMMA spheres per syringe. 20 syringes would give you 3.2mL of PMMA spheres (20 * 0.8 * 0.2)
Linnea 30% is 30% PMMA spheres per 1.0mL syringe, giving you 0.3mL of PMMA spheres per syringe. 20 syringes would give you 6.0mL of PMMA spheres
Linnea 10% is 10% PMMA spheres per 1.0mL syringe, giving you 0.1mL of PMMA spheres per syringe. 20 syringes would give you 2.0mL of PMMA spheres.
A typical Avanti visit would be something like 13 syringes x 30%, 7 syringes x 10% (estimating). That would give you 4.6mL of PMMA microspheres in a 20 syringe procedure.

I mention the PMMA sphere volume because that's what will remain in your body when the carrier is gone.

Your first procedure was 15 syringes of 0.8mL for 12mL total injected, 2.4mL of which were PMMA microspheres.
Not a perfect apples to apples and there may be other differences besides carrier that are way above my pay grade, but your 15mL session gave you about half the PMMA microsphere volume you'd get from a typical Avanti session of 20mL.

I don't know enough to know if concentration and carrier are all that matters when looking at results. I'm sure pharma sales people and doctors have discussions that are above my head about the pros and cons of different products performing similar. tasks. But if the ONLY variable is "cost per mL of injected PMMA microspheres" - and that isn't of course the only variable, but - there is a reason it's not uncommon for people to fly to MX for medical work and still save money. The cost is an advantage for the time being.
