I’m at day 10 and I’m getting a bit of itchiness so I’m pretty sure things are going well. I’m curious where I’m gonna end up at the end of this as I’ve noticed you guys have gone up and down from week 2 to week 5. I’ve attached a few pics today of my semi hard gains. Feeling pretty good about this so far.
I waited about 10 days to return to the gym but I think it’s safe to go back after 7 days. As for pumping, I was told to wait 6-8 weeks before I return to that.
